Dr. Berg talks about the detoxification of bile. Bile is made by the liver, gets released down a pathway called the bile duct. It then gets stored in the gallbladder and concentrated. Bile helps you extract essential fatty acid and fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K1, K2). Bile also helps to lubricate the colon prevents constipation.
