there are two main issues that people tell me about when it comes to working out and having a relationship at the same time it’s either I’m going to the gym and my wife is upset because I’m spending time away from her spending all this time at the gym and the other issue is if I do work out with my spouse where I do work out with my loved one our strengths are so different that it’s impossible to work out it’s impossible to get anything done because we’re peeling weights on and off all the time and it’s a problem that my wife and I have faced so I’m here with my wife amber and we are going to take you through a workout that’s pretty darn easy to implement it’s going to utilize weight stacks and a lot of body weight movement so you can get in and out of the gym as quick as possible without having to schlep weights on and off of equipment but you’re also gonna be able to spend some quality time together getting the job done together so you can get in shape feel like yourself again and rock and roll together so we’re going to start out with a warm-up and we’re going to dive right into the resistance training so here we go ready yep first thing that we’re going to do to warm up are what are called Tabata squats we’re going to do 20 seconds on 10 seconds off for two minutes just basic air squats so we’re gonna rock and roll ready and hit it we’re pretty warmed up and we can get started on the actual workout let’s do it the purpose of this workout is to take something that you’re working on take your passion and share it with your family and get involved your family involved in the process so that you enjoy it together and as for the difficulty of the workout you can go through it one time you can go through it twice you can go through three times whatever you need to get a sufficient workout there’s always modifications that you can add leave a comment below and let us know how you like this workout and if you did we’ll create follow-up couples workouts that you can get in the groove and keep your family on board with everything that you’re doing as always keep it locked in here and I’ll see you in the next video happy Valentine’s Day

Warm Up
2 Minutes Squats 20 seconds on, 10 second rest
Round 1:
Rope Tricep Pushdows 15 Reps
Stability Ball Rollouts 15 Reps
Repeat 3 times
Round 2:
Rotational Kneeling Twist
Repeat 3 times
Round 3:
Shoulder Laterals 12 Reps
Reverse Grip Bent Over Barbell Row 12 Reps
Repeat 3 times
Round 4:
Kettlebell Squats 20 Reps
Dumbbell Lunges 15 Reps (Alternating Legs)
Repeat 3 times
Round 5:
Push-up 10 Reps
Wallsit – As long as it take partner to complete
Repeat 3 times
Round 6:
High Intensity Interval Training 30 Seconds
Plank 30 seconds
Repeat 3 times
You can repeat this workout up to three times if you’re looking for a more advanced variation of it.
