what’s happening guys we are now just 13 weeks away from the show and that means we’ve been doing these posing and physique updates for four weeks now since we’ve been doing them for four weeks I figured I might as well show you a month-to-month comparison of when I started prep to now so one side you’re gonna see week 17 is posing and on the other side week 14 is posing we 13th posing anyways I’ve lost just over six pounds in the first four weeks of prep which is a little less than I would have liked to but obviously the holidays fell in the first four weeks of prep that kind of set me back a little bit but now it’s like full speed ahead this past week I lost just over two pounds which was one point six percent of my body weight just a little bit more than I’m trying to lose but with that being said the week before I only lost point one six percent of my body weight so this week I actually weighed on average 204 just over 204 pounds anyways there haven’t been any macro or cardiopathy I’m still at 300 grams of carbs 240 grams of protein 50 grams of fat and a thousand calories of cardio burn each week but the biggest change lately has actually been I’m finally using the spreadsheet that comes along with my dieting ebook if you guys didn’t know the e-book is now available for pre-order and if you want to get yourself a copy there’s a link in the video description to pick yourself up one you can save yourself 25% for a limited time by using the offer code pre-sale at checkout I’m not gonna try to sell you guys too hard on the book if you’re interested in learning a little bit more about macros and getting your numbers set up right and knowing how to adjust them at the right times the book may be a really really great help for you and I’m just gonna let my results speak for themselves so you can see my results everything in that I’m doing I’m using what’s in the book to achieve these results so that was probably the longest intro ever and I apologize guys there’s just so much going on in terms of prep and the book coming out I just want to inform you guys on everything anyways let’s get into this prep well it’s kind of this prep let’s get into this posing and see how my physique has changed in the first 4 weeks of diving [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] I know I say this after every posting video guys but damn that is so much more of a workout than any cardio session that I do all week long and I’m so glad that today’s posing is over anyways let me know in the comments below what you think in terms of how much progress I’m making from week 13 to week 17 since we kind of did the comparison today water some body parts you think that maybe are lagging that hopefully are gonna come up in the next few weeks just let me know your overall thoughts in the comments below I’m kind of interested in starting a discussion see what you guys think and I just want to thank you guys so much for all the support thank you guys for watching if you enjoyed the posing and physique update today if you’re enjoying the series just hit the like button cuz it really just helps the channel grow and thanks again guys I’ll see you the next video [Music]
