what’s up guys today we’re making cookies and we’re not doing just any cookie recipe we’re making probably the healthiest simplest and quickest cookie recipe possible some of you may already be familiar with this recipe because it is quite popular but for those of you who are your cookie world is about to change forever so let’s get cooking if your bananas are going bad don’t throw them away instead make delicious cookies out of them the first thing we’re doing is adding a banana to a small bowl and mashing it with a fork once that’s all set we’re going to add 3/4 of a cup or 60 grams of quick oats to our Bowl and finally whatever goodies you’d like for our first batch though we’re gonna add 3 tablespoons or 15 grams of unsweetened shredded coconut now that we’ve added the goods let’s mix everything up until a thick cookie batter forms that’s looking perfect now we’ll just repeat this same process for oatmeal raisin so instead of coconut add 2 tablespoons or 20 grams of raisins this time and if you like oatmeal chocolate chip like I do add 1 tablespoon of semi-sweet and mini chocolate chips once we have our batter together we’re going to line a baking sheet with parchment paper and add our cookies one tablespoon at a time to the sheet every batch makes about 10 cookies and you’ll want to bacon 350 degrees for 9 to 12 minutes and don’t forget to flatten your cookies at the halfway mark with the bottom of a spoon I know it’s hard to believe making healthy oatmeal cookies is really that simple but it is and the flavor combinations are basically endless not to mention the macros are pretty great too every cookie will run you about 31 calories half a gram of fat six point three grams of carbs one of which is fiber and one gram of protein if you have any questions or suggestions please leave them in the comments below I do look at and respond to all of them and as always thanks for watching you

Healthy Oatmeal Cookie Recipe | How To Make Low Calorie Oatmeal Coconut, Oatmeal Chocolate Chip, & Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
Ingredients and Instructions:
Mash one medium banana (100g)
Add in 3/4 cup (60g) quick oats
Combine until batter forms
Cover baking sheet with parchment paper
Use a Tbsp to add cookies to sheet
Bake at 350 degrees or 177 celsius for 9-12 minutes
Flavors I used for the video:
Coconut – 3 Tbsp (15g) unsweetened shredded coconut
Chocolate Chip – 1 Tbsp (14g) semi-sweetened mini chocolate chips Raisin – 2 Tbsp (20g) raisins
