hey guys I’ve made nearly 30 recipes for this channel so far well one recipe I haven’t done is cookies so today we’re gonna be making healthy peanut butter fudge cookies they’re gonna take less than 10 minutes to make so let’s get cooking while your oven is preheating at 350 degrees add two and a half tablespoons or 30 grams of pb2 to a small dish now add two tablespoons of water and stir until you have a consistency of something like this next we’re gonna add 30 grams or one scoop of chocolate protein powder followed by another tablespoon of water and mix into you at this consistency we’re also going to add half a tablespoon or three grams of cocoa powder one and a half tablespoons or 10 grams of sugar substitute as well as 15 grams of oat flour and give your dough one last stir now we’re gonna grease our baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray and add seven or eight equal size cookies to our sheet the cookies are only gonna bake for two minutes before we flatten them with our fork we’re then gonna add them back to the oven for another 30 or 45 seconds but definitely not longer than that we don’t want them to overcook because they’ll get super tough and let them cool for a few minutes that’s a wrap for today guys I know it’s tough not to eat these right away right when they come out of the oven but you give them just a couple of minutes they’ll harden up and they’ll be much more cookie like the fudge light of course I guess who cares fudge is still delicious anyways right the macros on these pretty fantastic 8 cookies 316 calories 35 grams of carbs 10 of which are fiber 6 grams of fat and 40 grams of protein please leave me your questions or suggestions in the comments below I’ve got some cookies to eat and as always thanks for watching

Macros: 316 Calories, 35C (10 fiber), 6F, 40P
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES
2 1/2 Tbspp (30g) PB2
2 1/2 Tbsp water
1 Scoop (30g) Chocolate protein powder
1 Tbsp Water
1/2 Tbsp (3g) unsweetened cocoa powder
1 Tbsp (10g) sugar substitute
1 Tbsp (15g) oat flour
And one final stir
Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray
Equally distribute batter into 8 cookies
Bake for 2 minutes…I use the timer on my phone
Flatten with a fork
Bake for 45 more seconds
