Batter
In a small bowl:
Add 1 egg white or 35 grams of egg sub
1 tbsp almond milk
And a pinch of cinnamon

Quickly dip your rolls into your mix ( you don’t want them to get to soggy)
Set them aside crease side down
When you’ve given all your rollups an egg bath go ahead and quickly spray them with buttered flavored pam (this will help prevent them from sticking to your skillet
Add your roll ups to a skillet sprayed with non-stick baking spray
Cook on medium low heat for several minutes and Use a pair of tongs to gently roll them, and cook all sides
