hey guys I don’t know why but I’ve been on a chocolate cake lately and to satisfy my chocolate cravings I’ve been making healthy high protein chocolate covered bananas they’re super simple to do in such a great snack so let’s get cooking the first thing you’re going to do is peel and slice your banana into three even pieces next take each piece and gently insert the top of a popsicle stick into the middle of each banana Joe freeze for an hour and if you don’t have popsicle sticks you can always freeze on parchment paper when an hour has passed and you’re ready to enjoy your bananas it’s time to make your chocolate sauce in a small ditch add 22 grams or three-quarters of a scoop chocolate protein powder 4 grams or three-quarters of a tablespoon cocoa powder 7 grams or one and three-quarters of a teaspoon of sugar substitute then add 1 tablespoon and three-quarters of tsp water mix it to the other thick chocolatey syrupy consistency now we’re going to finish our bananas and then chocolate makes me just made I like to apply the chocolate with a spoon and don’t worry if you don’t cover the bottom of your banana and chocolate gravity will do that for you I keep my popsicle trays in the freezer so my unch awk allotted bananas stay frozen I then add my chocolate and bananas back to the frozen trade one at a time because I found that this helps avoid message and everyone hates messes any leftover chocolate I either eat or I top my bananas with it when they’re done that’s it for today this is my favorite way to eat fruit not only because it’s covered in chocolate and absolutely delicious but it’s pretty macro tastic as well all three of these popsicles are only going to run you one gram of fat 36 grams of carbs and 20 grams of protein so it’s packed in protein if you guys make this recipe please let me know in the comments below you think of these chocolate bananas I think you’re gonna love them and thanks for watching

Chocolate Covered Bananas: Healthy, High Protein, Low Fat, Quick, Simple, Delicious, Gluten Free, Simple Recipe
(22g) 3/4 scoop chocolate protein powder
(4g) 3/4Tbsp cocoa powder
(7g) 1 3/4tsp sugar substitute
1Tbsp 3/4tsp water (you might need bit more depending on protein powder you use)
Mix until you have a THICK chocolatey syrupy consistency..think “hot-fudge”
Insert bananas into handle of sticks (inverted from a typical popsicle) this helps keep the tray stable
Keep your bananas in the freezer while you chocolatize them one by one.
Add them back into the freezer after you apply chocolate
Don’t worry about covering the bottoms with chocolate bc gravity will take care of that
Freeze for at least 15 minutes!
