hey guys I don’t know about you but I feel like it’s been forever since we’ve done a meal prep recipe or even just a normal kind of recipe for that matter on the channel well this chicken parm casserole is full and for those of you who’ve been wanting more low carb recipes this one is for you so let’s get cooking okay so I’m gonna take out and coat an 8 by 8 casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray next I’m going to add 4 cups or 500 grams of cubed chicken and just kind of make sure it’s evenly distributed around the dish now I’m going to spoon in 16 ounces or 440 grams of low-calorie tomato sauce and just use a spatula to work the sauce around and cover all my chicken that’s looking good so now I’m gonna add 1/2 cup or 50 grams of shredded Parmesan cheese to my casserole dish once that’s all set I’m gonna add in 1 and 1/2 cups or 168 grams of fat-free mozzarella cheese finally the last ingredient I’ll add to the casserole dish is 3/4 of a cup or 45 grams of bread crumbs and as you’ll notice I’ve also mixed in some fresh basil and parsley into my crumbs as well bake at 350 degrees for 177 celsius for 20 to 25 minutes and you’ll know your chicken parm is done when the sides are bubbling and the bread crumbs are golden brown all right so that chicken parm is like meal prep heaven I like to split it up into six servings that way every serving is 218 calories 3 grams of fat 12 and 1/2 grams of carbs 3 which is fiber and 35 and a half grams of protein if you want to print the recipe out you can do so by clicking the link in the video description below and as always thanks for watching
