today we’re making one of my favorite fall breakfast recipes especially on a Saturday morning pumpkin spice protein waffles so let’s get cooking take out your blender and add in four egg whites for a hundred and forty grams of eggs substitute next go ahead and add just less than a half cup or a hundred grams of pure pumpkin followed by three-quarters of a cup or 60 grams of oats and one scoop or thirty grams of ice appears vanilla whey protein powder for some reason I started mixing everything in my blender without adding the final two ingredients luckily I caught the mistake so now let’s add in one teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice and 1 tablespoon of low-calorie maple syrup once that’s out of the way mix until well combined next warm up your waffle maker spray it with some nonstick cooking oil and add half of your batter and if you’re wondering how long your waffles gonna take to cook mine was taking three to five minutes on a medium heat setting once your first waffles done repeat this process with your other half of your batter and I like to top my waffles is the little fat-free whipped cream so yeah these waffles are off the chizzain I’m never gonna say that again let’s regroup and get to the macros each waffle is 215 calories 2 and 1/2 grams of fat 24 grams of carbs 500 which is fiber and 24 grams of protein what type of waffle should I make next let me know in the comments below along with any of your questions or suggestions and as always thanks for watching
