so edible Kido cookie dome is what we’re making on the channel today edible in the sense that this stuff is totally safe to Iran not edible in the other kind of sense the snozzberries taste like snozzberries we’ll talk more about this a little later in the video but this recipe is perfect if you’ve got a sweet tooth going on you want to curb that thing in less than five minutes because this keto cookie dough takes in less than five minutes to make and also you want to have some portion control built into that because this recipe doesn’t make a ton of keto cookie dough really just makes an individual serving sized amount also you could add the stuff to the keto vanilla ice cream recipe that we made a few weeks ago on the channel and boom you got yourself some keto cookie dough ice cream it’s absolutely delicious I highly recommend checking that out I’ve already done that myself that being said let’s get right into the recipe make some keto cookie dough first things first we’re going to get out our food skill so we can weigh out all the ingredients to the gram next we’re gonna get out a medium-sized bowl and start adding the ingredients for our keto cookie dough to it the first thing we’re gonna add is gonna be some blanched almond flour and as most of you guys know I like to use this one biker clothes because it only has two net carbs per serving anyways we’re gonna be making two servings of today’s keto cookie dough so to do that we’re gonna add a heaping 3/4 of a cup or about 90 grams of that stuff to our bowl once you got that taken care of want to sweeten up our cookie dough and of course as always we want to do this in a totally low carb keto friendly way so my favorite way to do this is by using some confectioners for if it has zero calories and zero net carbs so it’s perfect for keto and as you’re seeing here we’re gonna add three tablespoons or 30 grams of it to our Bowl at this point we’re ready to get out and add some keto friendly chocolate chips I like to use the Lily’s chocolate chips you can actually find some that have zero net carbs per serving the ones I’m using today have two net carbs per serving but anyways for today’s recipe want to add about two tablespoons or 14 grams of those chocolate chips to our bowl of course we’ll also want to add a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of vanilla extract to bring out and also enhance some of the flavors in our Kido cookie dough and then lastly we’re gonna get out some egg beaters to give our low-carb cookie dough some authentic cookie flavor in a totally safe way and what I mean by that is that egg beaters are pasteurized so they’re totally safe to consume raw however regular eggs aren’t so do not try to substitute this with a regular egg with that being said we’re gonna add about three tablespoons or 40 grams of those egg beaters to our bowl and now we’re all set to get out our spatula and mix all those ingredients together until they’re combined and a thick cookie dough batter forms once it does we’re gonna add our keto cookie dough to a small dish and then check this out look at how perfect this stuff turns out is always for more information about it check the video description below and i hope you enjoyed today’s keto cookie dough
