hey what’s happening guys today we are making an entire loaf of keto chocolate bread I don’t think it’s a secret a lot of you guys though I love chocolate most of my recipes have some kind of chocolate in them and today’s keto bread recipe its chocolate on chocolate on chocolate so if you are like me and you love chocolate you’re gonna love this bread that said let’s get right into it and I’ll show you how to make an entire loaf of keto chocolate bread first things first let’s get our oven warmed up to 350 degrees and then let’s prep some butter so on our food scale we’re gonna cube up 6 tablespoons or 84 grams of some salted butter and then we’re just gonna melt that real quick so while the butter is melting we’re gonna get out a medium sized Bowl and we’re gonna start adding the liquid ingredients for our keto chocolate bread as you’re seeing here the first thing we’ll be adding to that bowl is four large eggs and then we’ll just give those a quick whisking until they’re combined now once they combined want to get out some full fat sour cream and want to add a heaping third of a cup or 90 grams of it for today’s keto bread recipe so now that we’ve done that the next thing we want to do is add the butter we melted from earlier and then we’re gonna add a half a teaspoon of vanilla extract as well at this point we’re gonna get our whisk back out and combine all the ingredients together until a thick creamy consistency forms in the bowl so when that happens we can set that bowl aside then we’re gonna give out an even larger bowl and we’re gonna start adding our dry ingredients the main dry ingredient for our keto chocolate bread is going to be almond flour however if you don’t want to use almond flour you can substitute it with some flour seed flour instead just don’t use coconut flour though because coconut flour is too absorbent and your keto bread will end up super dry that said we’re gonna add 1 in 3/4 of a cup or a hundred and ninety-six grams of almond flour to our bowl next we’re gonna sweeten up this keto chocolate bread recipe by using confectioner swerve since it has zero net carbs and zero calories and as you’re seeing here want to add two of a cup or a hundred grams of it to our bowl so once we’ve taken care of that we’re gonna add the chocolate flavor to our keto bread and to do that we’re gonna add a quarter cup or 20 grams of unsweetened cocoa powder to our ball and then we’re gonna add even more chocolate deliciousness to this keto bread recipe by adding some zero net carb keto chocolate chips that said around two and a half tablespoons or 28 grams of those should be the perfect amount and then we can get out our whisk one last time and mix those dry ingredients together until they’re combined so when that’s looking good we’re gonna get our wet ingredients back out from before add those to the dry ingredients and then we’re gonna mix everything together with the spatula until a thick chocolate batter forms like this so when it does want to get out a bread pan like this mine is 8 and 1/2 inches by four and a half inches and as you’re seeing here we’re just gonna rub the inside of the pan with a little water so that the parchment paper that we’re about to add to it stays in place a little easier for us so now that we’ve added the parchment paper we’ll just coat that with a little baking spray and really this is just an added precaution so that the chocolate keto bread doesn’t stick to the paper itself then as you’re seeing here we’re gonna add all of the batter to our bread pan and when we’ve taken care of that we’re gonna add some more keto chocolate chips to the top of it now at this point we’re all set to add the pan to our oven and we’re gonna bake our chocolate keto bread for around 50 minutes you’ll know it’s done when you can insert a toothpick into the bread and it comes out clean and of course once it cools down we can cut it up into twelve rich and decadent slices like this as always for more info on today’s chocolate keto bread recipe check out the video description below and I hope you like it

Ingredients:
4 Large eggs
1/3 Cup (90g) full fat sour cream
6 Tbsps (84g) Melted salted butter
1 Tsp (4g) vanilla extract
1 3/4 Cup (196g) almond flour
2/3 Cup (100g) Confectioners Swerve
1/4 Cup (20g) Unsweetened cocoa powder
2 1/2 Tbsps (28g) Keto chocolate chips
Optional: More chocolate chips for the top of the bread (add halfway through baking to ensure they stay on top of the bread.
