what’s happening guys the show is now seven weeks away or at least it was when I film this update and this update is a little different from all of the other updates that I’ve done so far and that’s simply because it didn’t happen in this apartment oh listen I we want on vacation for a few days we got out of here and I didn’t film anything I’m sure if you follow the vlogs you know that there was like a two three week period of time where I didn’t come out with any content and I was just simply recharging my batteries I needed a break guys sometimes prep just wears on you I’m sure it made a video explaining all of this but that was sort of why nothing came out and the only thing I filmed pretty much in that stretch was this update when we were on vacation I actually didn’t do the intro or outro to the posing or physique update during the vacation because Alyssa was actually still sleeping this is like first thing in the morning and I didn’t want to wake her up by talking so it’s called being a good husband guide anyways as far as the updates this week macro cardio lies macros still the same as they were middle last week when I made my adjustment kind of probably already talked about that in the last vlog my macros are now at 200 grams of carbs 240 grams of protein and 45 grams of fat although I would like to see that that number kind of because I’ve been in the 4550 range I like to be more in the 4045 range anyway is cardio still at 1750 calories of a low intensity stay state cardio burn so for me that’s just walking at an incline until I burn that amount of calories in the treadmill and I almost forgot probably one of the most important things how much weight did I lose this week I lost two thirds of the percent of my body weight so that’s right in line with the amount of weight I’m trying to lose each week I’m down to 197 just over 197 pounds and I think that’s down from just over 198 last week so I’m right on my target of about 190 pounds come show day and I think as you guys are going to see my physique has never looked better than it does in this update a lot of that has to do this apartment we rented the natural light and Miami is obviously a very sunny place but the natural light that we were getting through these windows it just really elevated and enhanced my physique way better the the room over there that I’m normally posing in Buffalo it’s a cloudy place that room doesn’t get a lot of great natural light that Airbnb I wish I could pose there every week because it really seriously just I think you’ll agree my physique has never looked better so let’s get into the posing and see where I’m at [Music] Ryan little [Music] you [Music] seriously guys how great was the light mount apartment I wish I could pose that light every week because my physique would just look it looks awesome all the time anyways that’s going to do it for this week’s posing update I hope you enjoyed the video if you did give it a like subscribe if you’re not subscribed already thank you guys so much for all the support I truly appreciate it I’ll see you in the next video [Music]
