what’s going on guys I hope you have a fantastic day today we are doing some peanut butter banana oatmeal breakfast bars that literally may be the best recipe the best recipe I’ve ever done on this youtube channel like so good so easy if I can name this recipe with an emoji I would name it be mind exploding emoji that’s how good it is usually I say something’s eleven out of ten delicious when I really like something this recipe twelve out of ten delicious it’s one of those top five recipes I’ve ever done kind of deals so I’m really excited to share today’s recipe with you let’s hop right into it let’s get cooking alright guys so the first thing you want to do is take out a large bowl and you’re gonna want to add two medium sized mashed bananas to your bowl next you want to add some peanut butter or if you’re trying to keep the calories a bit lower some peanut flour that you’ve turned or making peanut butter that’s right it today I just use some pv2 you made a half a cup of peanut butter out of it but regardless you’ll want to use a half a cup of peanut butter next you’re gonna want to add two cups of vanilla unsweetened almond milk or really the milk of your choice I guess will work as well and then for a bit of added sweetness you’re gonna want to add 1/3 a cup of some sugar-free or calorie-free maple syrup however you can just use regular maple syrup too then you’ll also want to add two teaspoons of vanilla extract as well as a quarter cup of the sugar substitute of your choice today I use Truvia which is just a combination of stevia and Yertle you’ll also want to add four cups of old-fashioned oats to your bowl along with a teaspoon of baking powder a heaping teaspoon or teaspoon and a half of ground cinnamon and just a pinch of salt that’s like a half a teaspoon of salt guys now you can do is just take out your spatula and mix all those ingredients together until they’re combined and once everything does start to combine in your Bowl and your O’s start to absorb some that liquid and some of the ingredients that’s we can take out a muffin tin and actually I recommend using some cupcake liners in your muffin tin before you spray them with baking spray just because it’ll help them not stick as much to the tin itself until liners themselves it’s just a pro tip guys I should have done that today and I didn’t then we want to do is just add all of your oatmeal breakfast bar batter in each of the 12 slots bake at 375 degrees for about thirty minutes and then you want to look the breakfast bars cool completely in the tin itself and then once they’re cool completely that so you can take them out and of course as always enjoy guys all right so that’s today’s recipe guys if you want the full recipe with the metric measurements or the step-by-step instructions of the macros or I just want to pick up any of the stuff that I use to make the breakfast bars today you can grab all that in the video description below I hope you enjoyed hanging out with me a little bit today and making these bars if you did hit the like button hit the thumbs up button because it really really helps the video out a lot and I really appreciate it guys so thank you so much for watching I will see you in the next video [Music]

These easy to make oatmeal muffins are absolutely jam packed with banana flavor, low calorie, perfect for meal prep and great for weight loss (and Weight Watchers) too. Basically if you’re looking for easy healthy breakfast ideas – especially for meal prep – give these oatmeal muffins or bars a try!
Sugar Substitute:
Semi-sweetened Chocolate Chips:
Food Scale:
Almond Milk:
Peanut Flour:
Calorie Free Maple Syrup:
Muffin Pan:
4 Cup (320g) old fashioned oatmeal
2 Mashed bananas (250ish)
1/3 Cup sugar-free or calorie free maple syrup (or regular)¸
1/4 cup (40g) sugar substitute
1 Tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp of salt
2 Cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 Tsp vanilla extract
1/2 Cup peanut butter or 8-10 Tbsps (48-60g) Peanut flour – made into peanut butter
*For my peanut butter I used 6 Tbsp peanut flour and just made “peanut butter” out of that!
*NOTE: I like to let the batter for the muffins sit for 5-10 minutes before adding them to my muffin trays. This allows the oatmeal to soak up some of the liquid, and the batter to thicken up slightly.
