what’s going on guys the show is now in nine weeks away which means in just a few days prep will be halfway over which is just it’s crazy anyways as far as weight loss month this week I’m down from 20 one and three-quarters of a pound to just about 200 pounds of just over 200 pounds so lost almost two pounds of my body weight this week it was a good week in terms of weight loss as far as my macros and khari are concerned you guys would remember if you’ve seen the last posing update that I made a macro adjustment towards the end of that week from 275 grams of carbs to 250 grams of carbs and i’m still at those numbers i didn’t make any changes because i did lose a considerable amount of weight this week so my numbers this week 250 grams of carbs 240 grams of protein and 45 grams of fat as far as cardio goes i’m still doing a 1500 calorie cardio burn from low intensity steady-state cardio usually for me that means i’m doing is the elliptical or just walking on an incline so that’s my update I hope you guys enjoy this posing routine update whatever ella is gonna do it [Music] I just [Music] so that’s going to do it for today’s posing routine guys halfway through prep right now I can’t believe the way that I’m looking like I’m super encouraged I just I’ve been looking just here at my arm my shoulder and just super dry today very happy with where I’m at and having still half way to go I can’t even believe what the next nine weeks are going to be like and what my physique is going to look like especially because I really haven’t put my foot to the gas tell yet and these next like five or six weeks I am really getting aggressive guys so there’s going to be some aggressive mac removes probably not so much aggressive cardio moves but big changes coming the next five weeks and I can’t wait to see what that’s going to look like so thank you for all the support if you liked the video give it a like if you haven’t subscribed yet subscribe and I’ll catch you guys in the next video [Music]
