good morning guys day 3 of 64 the 60 day challenge [Music] I never played this thing in [Music] hold up hold up pull up forgot the protein powder what there we go I was wondering why the shake look funny thanks again for some carbs half a loaf of vanilla maple bread basically what I did was I just took the recipe from the vanilla maple cake that I made on the channel a while back just put it in an 8 and a half by four and a half a loaf pan made bread out of it as far as my macros go after this meal I’m gonna be at 66 protein 45 carb and 14 grams of fat tons of food high volume breakfast pretty balanced and a filling would be pretty pretty pretty full after I eat all this one of the best things about owning a restaurant is the fact that hmm your free diet soda when you’re here one of the other cool things about owning a restaurant is when family comes and visit to you gets a bite to eat my brother’s future wife and some of their kids are here plus her dad’s here I’m gonna go say hi to the little guys what do you want to say to the world it’s my nephews that’s AJ let’s Carter dude your haircut is sick I like that jiya – my coffee got my pre-workout food it’s just the other half of that vanilla maple protein loaf that I have a breakfast it’s like 2:30 gonna get out of here gonna head to the gym soon he’s a low volume full day today and I’m extra pump for that because I love pull days and I love low volume days I’m not really a big high-volume fan so still doing the acclimation workouts gonna keep things that like an RP of five to six but definitely pumped for today’s workout just getting to the gym guys and one thing I didn’t mention before is that my legs are absolutely so sore like the Saurus that I can remember them ever being I’m excited for pull day because I love dead lifting but at the same time I’m kind of like oh my legs hurt so much so this is gonna be very very painful [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] very encouraged by the lift today I had a lot of fun in there I felt really good overall the last the first three workouts the last three days in the gym have been they’ve been great so right now I’m very motivated very excited to keep going hard even though I’m not going really hard yet in the gym but just really excited to keep going to the gym and keep at this challenge and I think 60 days from now there’s gonna be some big changes we’ve got pre-season Bills tickets we got season tickets through the restaurant and I wanted to grab them because the game is tomorrow and I’m not gonna go to the game tomorrow but what I want to do is I want to go to the restaurant see if a family is eating dinner right now and give them these four tickets to the preseason the last preseason game tomorrow then once I do that go into the grocery store got to pick up a few things and then I’m headed at home we’ve never watched Game of Thrones it’s been three days since I said we were gonna watch a couple episodes still nothing we’ve been watching US Open tennis which has been actually there’s been a lot of really good matches but I want to get into Game of Thrones just giveaway those tickets that was awesome there was a party of four is two women two kids and I went up and I just said you know hey I’ve got these bills preseason tickets for tomorrow’s game would you be interested in going and the kids just went crazy you know what I said one of the coolest things about owning a restaurant was the free soda well actually that’s probably the absolute coolest thing about owning restaurant is being able to do things like that being able to give away tickets are just way or give a shirt away to a kid anything that just you can make somebody’s day with that you have the ability to do that sometimes it’s really cool and I don’t I just feel really happy I just feel really good right now yeah that was awesome pretty loving and a wall holding gym just taking a look at the day’s worth of food I really haven’t eaten a lot today 104 grams of protein 86 grams of carbs 23 grams of fat I have a ton of food that I still need to eat tonight I’ve got some on my dinner made over here got so these stupid some zucchini some eggplant diced tomatoes gonna have that a little bit with more ground turkey some of the ground turkeys on this big taco salad taco salad is kale spinach Swiss chard some cherry tomatoes some lettuce and of course my salad dressing of choice is the Ortega taco sauce the medium kind showed this in the last one two grams of carbs that’s a per serving 16 grams tasteless really excited for this actually Alyssa and I we ended up meeting at each other at the grocery store and I finally got cereal since I’ve been back from Greece this was cereal selections she went with Boo Berry and Count Chocula I went with hunting it checks Game of Thrones cereal Game of Thrones it seems like a perfect combination is this why you need a husband you get your cereal for you yeah which one do you want there [Applause] Game of Thrones in serial yes if Game of Thrones is awesome so many decapitations and killings and blood and just awesomeness we watched two episodes it’s like midnight now well so I have a lot of binge washing to do there’s like I think 70 episodes right babe I think we’ve got like 68 episodes to go it’s got a lot of Game of Thrones action left for the next like probably gonna take us at least a week to get through all that I hate tons of snacks during the movie pancakes and Kim Pops and more pancakes yeah as far as my macros for today 255 grams of protein 329 grams of carbs and 47 grams of fat that’s gonna do it for today day 3 of 60 pretty good day it was a pretty good day right babe
