In this video, we’re going to talk about AIDS (acquired immunodeficiency syndrome), as well as a few natural remedies for AIDS.

When you get AIDS, you basically lose a good portion of your immune system. But, there’s one key immune cell that HIV targets called the T helper cell. When the T helper cells start to drop down to a certain level, you really start losing your immune system.

You also lose the ratio of your T helper cells to other T cells, which creates an imbalance. When you get AIDS, you start losing over 50% of your T helper cells in the gut, which can create a cascade of other issues.

One of the best potential natural remedies for AIDS that I found is called tang cao.

Tang Cao:
• It’s a combination of herbs
• There are phase 3 clinical trials
• It showed a significant increase in the T helper cell counts
• It showed properties that strengthen the immune system with low toxicity
• There was less fatigue
• There was less hair loss
• There was an improvement in appetite
• There was less diarrhea
• It could potentially decrease the HIV replication
• It could potentially decrease secondary infections

Other herbs for AIDS:
• Garlic (freeze-dried garlic or black garlic)
• Bitter gourd
• Astragalus
• Licorice
• Ginseng

Other things you could do:
• Healthy keto and intermittent fasting
• Take B vitamins
• Take a natural vitamin C complex
• Take a natural vitamin E complex
