In this video, Dr. Berg talks about the answer to obesity. Since 1970 obesity has tripled in adults and almost tripled in children. He also talked about how it is obvious to see what is causing obesity through food statistics.
Since 1970 obesity has tripled in adults and almost tripled in children. The answers is in the foods statistics. I want to see if you can figure this out. So this data is based on America 2014 on what an average American consumes per day. I put a link down below to see the entire report. Number 1 vegetables, an average American consumes 1.6 cups of vegetables per day. Protein 7.1 ounces. Fat 63 grams daily, so we got 44.7 grams of vegetable fat and 14.7 grams of saturated fat. Grains, .48 lbs, that’s half a pound a day 174lbs a year. Sugar 23teaspoons per day or a 131lbs a year. Now this is added sugar, it is not the sugar within the food. What do you think? Go ahead and type it in the comment section, I’ll wait for you answer. We’ll give you a couple of minutes. Actually this is recorded, I can’t do that. But it is pretty obvious to me, look at this, vegetables 1.6 cups per day. We need 7 to 10 cups. Fat 63 grams, that is not unreasonable. This is too high though vegetable oil because this is actually soy, canola, corn, GMO. This is a problem. Grains half a pound a day, is that too much? That is way too much. Half a pound of grains and you’re taking half of pound of grains as well. And then we have added sugars 23 teaspoons per day, is that excessive? How many is acceptable? Less than 1? Zero? I don’t know if it’s just me, but it so obvious what is causing this. We need to increase the vegetables, we need to cut down vegetable oil, we need to eliminate these two (Grains and Sugars) right here and this (Obesity) will go away. So some people will tell you it’s the saturated fat, but we are only consuming 14.7 grams of saturated fats every single day, that is not the problem. These are the problems. Go ahead and type down your comments and your opinion below. I’m really curious what you think about this data.
