hey guys I’m now just a little less than 15 weeks away from the show usually I like to film these on Saturday or Sunday because the show is on a Saturday which means it’s like an exact week out from the show but with the holiday being this weekend with Christmas Eve and Christmas didn’t have really a chance to film one of these and then after the holidays I really indulged so I didn’t want to film like the day after because I looked like a bloated mess anyways before we get into the posing you guys know I like to give you sort of an update in terms of where my backers are and my calorie burned from cardio during these and my macros right now 300 grams of carbs 240 grams of protein and 50 grams of fat but this is sort of new I’m increasing my calorie burn from cardio to a thousand calories and you can’t ever trust I’m sure I’m not burning a thousand calories on the machine but I’m sort of keeping things consistent using the same machine and I’m going off of what the machine is telling me anyways those are sort of my updates for this week let’s get to this posing and see where my physique is that after eating way way too much over the holiday [Music] so that’s gonna do it for this week’s posing update guys unfortunately I think I look the same as I did in the 16 weeks out posing update but that’s just the nature of the beast when you don’t lose anyway and you really enjoy the holidays and you don’t count macros for three straight days I’m probably lucky that I just weigh the things I did the week before with all that but I am excited for the next couple of weeks and really just hitting my numbers day in and day out now now that the holidays are over and I can just totally focus on this contest prep big changes guys big changes the next few weeks and that really excites me so I hope you enjoyed this update and I will see you guys in the next video who da bomb
