what’s going on guys this show is now 11 weeks away which means it’s time for another posing and physique update and of course just an update on how this prep is going in general this week the macros my average macros were 275 grams of carbs 50 grams of fat and 240 grams of protein however I didn’t hit my macros how I wanted him this week I actually hit 255 grams of protein on average for the week and I only lost a fifth of a percent of my body weight and you guys know I’m trying to lose a half to one percent of my body weight each week so things could have gone better weight loss wise I do think though at the end of last week I had a lot of fiber I ate really late in the day and also I had more sodium than I’m used to so I had to heavy way into the beginning of the week that may have skewed sort of my average weigh-ins so my plan next week is actually to see how I play out how these numbers play out right now if my body responds I’m losing weight that’s great I know that it was sort of just too heavy weigh-ins no big deal but if my body doesn’t respond by the middle of next week I’m probably gonna have to make a macro change in the middle of the week next week just because at that point I’m gonna say to myself hey I’m on the lower end of the range that I’m trying to lose I need to make an adjustment to kind of keep the ball rolling so that’s sort of my plan going forward as far as my cardio right now I’m still doing 1250 calories of a cardio burn and if I make that adjustment middle of next week I’m not losing the weight I want to see then I will also increase a slight increase in my calories from cardio so probably to 1,500 calorie cardio burn anyways that’s sort of how this week went and how I plan on making my changes for next week let’s get into the posing and see what my physique looks like even though I didn’t lose that much weight this week Here I am waiting I’ll have to leave soon hold on we knew this day would come we knew it all come so fast this is a last night [Music] Wow you think that by now I would turn down the air conditioning in my house to like super low so that I’m not trenched and sweat because it’s the middle of winter here and it’s freezing and the house is like super warm and I am just covered in sweat I think I made a little bit of progress this week my shoulder striations are starting to come in a little bit more my arms are definitely starting to lean out a little bit there’s one side of my obliques I don’t know if you guys have noticed but one side is leaner than the other and I think it’s my right oblique is like starting to really get lean but my right shoulder is in his lane as my left shoulder it’s really strange my chest is slowly coming along I think what’s taking the longest is my legs and my legs always take the longest just from the last time I did a bodybuilding show my back too has been really slow I think to kind of come around so the legs in the back are the two big muscle groups that I think still really have a long ways to go in terms of getting some fat off of them but anyways that’s gonna do it for today’s posing routine guys if you liked the video give it a like if you haven’t subscribed already subscribe and yeah I just need to drink a lot of water and he just take a shower yeah thank you guys for watching I’ll see you in the next video [Music]
