what’s happening guys this show is now a little less than 12 weeks away and before we get into the posing physique update part of this video I do want to tell you guys about a few things that are going on with prep because there’s some exciting things that have been happening this past week so I kind of lied there’s actually only one exciting thing that happened this week and that is the fact that I hit an all-time prep low on Saturday which was exactly 12 weeks away from the show and I was super stoked about it if you’ve been following my Instagram stories then you saw this past week with the weight just like kept coming off coming off coming off it was it was a good week with that being said I did lose point seven percent of my body weight this week which is great it is in that half a percent to one percent I’m trying to lose each week but also I think I’m gonna keep the ball rolling I am gonna make a macro decrease this week and I know some people would say well why would you do that because you hit like just in that perfect sweet spot and that’s because I want to keep this ball rolling I want to keep the momentum moving and I know that my weight loss is going to start tapering soon I just kind of know my body and I know now is the time to make a macro adjustment so macros I’m just making an adjustment to my carbs my carbs are going from 300 grams to 275 grams a day so the new macros are 275 grams of carbs 240 grams of protein and 50 grams of fat if you haven’t seen any of my other kind of physique updates now you know where my macros are at and as far as cardio goes I am making a small adjustment there as well I’m bumping my cardio up from a thousand calorie cardio burn each week to twelve hundred and fifty calorie cardio burn this week anyways those are the changes I’m making for this week coming up hopefully it takes me from an average body weight of 200 2.9 to the low 201 high 200-pound body weight range and it’s getting crazy guys because I have an average below 200 pounds in at least 10 years is like high school it’s been that long so I’m super stoked about that the progress that I’ve been making has just been awesome alright I’m gonna stop talking let’s get to the posing once Kazu the physique update see where things are at right now [Music] so yeah I am drenched in sweat like I always am although this time I’m not as out of breath as I have been in previous weeks which is a good sign it means I’m getting in better shape guys anyways I don’t think my physique took a huge step forward this week I think it was a small step but I do think the changes that I kind of have lined up for this upcoming week and I may make in the next week or two it that’s gonna be where the big step physique wise comes from and I’m really excited about that especially if I start averaging below 200 pounds I think that is also going to be a big indicator of my physique making that big change so I hope you guys enjoyed this update if you did give the video like if you’re not subscribed to subscribe because this channel is awesome or something like that anyways I really appreciate all the support guys and I will see you in the next video [Music]
