hey guys obviously today is the 14-week out posing and physique update before we give that though I just kind of want to tell you how the diet is going so far so first let’s talk about my way on my way in since the holidays isn’t over has been amazing since week 15 or 15 weeks out I’ve actually lost two and a half pounds i’m averaging about 205 and a half pounds of every day right now secondly and not as interesting is the current state of my macros macros actually haven’t changed since 15 weeks out from the died so i’m still at 300 grams of guards 50 grams of fat and 240 grams of protein i just hit those numbers every day of the week last is the amount of cardio that I’ve added to my regina since the 15-week out update I kind of added that 250 calorie cardio burn to bring me up to a thousand calories in total a week that I’m burning through cardio either by the treadmill or the elliptical and those machines i really believe overestimate the calorie burn when you’re on them i try to keep things as consistent as possible though just so I’m consistent I know that even if I’m not burning a thousand I’m burning the consistent number week in and week out so that is sort of my update that’s where I’m at with things now let’s start the posing [Music] hopefully in 14 weeks I’m in better posting shape time now I’m like drenched in sweat of course I haven’t had anything to eat or drink so that might be part of it but my apartment is kind of hot right now still it is not encouraging when you feel like so winded from posing and I still have to work out today so that’s going to be a lot of fun anyways as far as like hitting my macros one thing I want to talk about was hitting my macros day in and day out and since the holidays had been over I’ve been spot-on with sitting my macros and I think that’s a big part of why I’m having so much success also guys I didn’t tell you this before but I’m going to start creating a section on my blog my website where you can actually can see my week to week way in by the end of the day macros and the adjustments that I’m making just to that not only are you seeing the physique updates but every week from here until the show you’re going to see my spreadsheet that I use day in day out so that is included with my macros made easy dieting ebook that probably isn’t out just yet but I’m about to release very very soon so if you want to pick that up there’s a link to do so in the video description below you can save yourself twenty-five percent right now in the pre-sale of the book just enter the offer code presale and you’ll get 25 staff hope you guys enjoyed this is e cup States today I will see you guys in the next vlog my cybernetic organism living tissue over metal endoskeleton come with me if you want to live who are you the famous comedian Arnold braunschweiger dangers betrayed that book I can break your neck like a chicken
