hi guys I wanted to create this quick video should I avoid l-glutamine if it can feed cancer now I did another video I’ll put a link down below and I talked about cancer being able to live on glucose and glutamine okay so the problem is that glutamine is in pretty much all your food so how you gonna avoid that glutamine is a normal amino acid it’s not our carcinogen it doesn’t cause cancer if the cells are already broken down to the point where you have cancer potentially the cancer can live on glutamine okay but if you don’t have cancer and you have normal cells you should be consuming food that has glutamine it’s a good thing it’s only after the cells have broken down primarily in the mitochondria and they switch their fuel source to a different fuel source and they can do the glucose and the glutamine so don’t worry about unless you have cancer and let’s say you have cancer I put the link down below you’d want to do in a minute fasting as a way to limit the amount of glutamine to help you there are other ways to block glutamine but that’s in a different video alright hope that helped see you later hey guys real quick I have a new healthy keto eating plan for you just go to dr. In this video, Dr. Berg answers the question about L-Glutamine and cancer. Glutamine is in a lot of food. It is a normal amino acid and not a carcinogen. It doesn’t cause cancer. If the cell is already broken down to the point where you have cancer, potentially, the cancer can live in glutamine. But then, if you don’t have cancer and you have normal cells, you should be consuming foods that have glutamine.
