what’s happening guys hope you’re having a great day today I am back with another overnight out recipe for you we’re doing some banana walnut overnight oats today and this recipe it is super tasty guys like certified eleven out of ten delicious three out of two thumbs up and yeah it’s just it’s filled with banana flavor there’s a hint of cinnamon in here chunks of walnut it’s delicious so let’s get started let’s get cooking alright so in a large bowl you want to add a half a cup of old-fashioned oats a tablespoon of chia seeds a heaping tablespoon of crushed walnuts half a teaspoon of ground cinnamon one mashed banana doesn’t matter how ripe your banana is either could be super ripe doesn’t have to be super ripe just mash that up and throw it in your Bowl a tablespoon of sugar free or calorie-free maple syrup a half a teaspoon of vanilla extract and half a cup of vanilla unsweetened almond milk or the milk of your choice now you can go ahead and do guys just go ahead take a spatula out mix up all those ingredients until they’re nice and combined put them in a sealable jar seal that jar up for about six to eight hours or overnight and then once your oats are done refrigerating you can go ahead and unseal the jar and at this point my recommendation is to actually add another tablespoon of crushed walnuts the top of your overnight oats just because it adds more flavor and texture and crunch to the oats and check out how thick these overnight oats turn out how awesome is that enjoy guys that’s it guys that’s today’s recipe if you want the full recipe with the metric measurements you want the macros or you want to pick up any of the stuff that I used in today’s recipe all that is in the video description below say hi to me in the comments down there I’ll be sure to say hi back if you liked today’s video hit the like button hit the thumbs up button subscribe if you’re not subscribed yet and I will see all of you guys in the next video [Music]

1 Tbsp of sugar/calorie free syrup
1/2 Tsp vanilla extract
1/2 Cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk

Optional – More crushed walnuts to top the overnight oats with when you’re ready to eat breakfast.
