what’s happening guys I hope you’re having a fantastic day and hopefully this chocolate peanut butter oatmeal cookie recipe is gonna make it just that much better these cookies do not disappoint guys there’s tons of chocolatey deliciousness in here the perfect amount of sweetness and they’re just really really easy to make so let’s hop right into it and get cooking all right so in a large bowl you want to add two and a half cups of old-fashioned oats next you want to add a tablespoon and a half of some unsweetened cocoa powder followed by half a cup of white whole wheat flour a scoop of chocolate whey protein powder about a heaping quarter cup of sugar substitute a teaspoon of baking powder next we’re gonna add 1/2 a cup of some creamy peanut butter or you could always just make peanut butter out of peanut flour if you’re trying to keep the calories lower that’s what I did a pinch of salt two teaspoons of vanilla extract followed by a quarter cup of low calorie or calorie-free maple syrup even regular maple syrup at work guys if you’re not too worried about the calories a half a cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk or the milk of your choice and one large egg now we can do is take out a spatula and just combine all those ingredients together in your bowl until you have a thick chocolaty oatmeal batter like that now we’re gonna start getting our cookies together we’re gonna grease a baking sheet with a little baking spray and then just use a spoon to spoon 12 equal sized cookies onto our sheet then we’re gonna go ahead and bake the cookies at 350 degrees for about 15 to 17 minutes let them cool completely in the tray itself and then once cooled you can go ahead transfer them to a plate and as always enjoy guys so that’s today’s video guys if you want the full recipe with the metric measurements or the macros or just want to pick up any of the stuff that I use to make today’s recipe all that is in the video description below shoot me a hello in the comments down there and I’ll be sure to say hi back give the video like hit the thumbs up button if you liked today’s rest because it helps the video out more than you guys know and I really appreciate it subscribe if you’re not subscribed yet and I will see you guys in the next video thanks for watching guys [Music]

THINGS I USED IN TODAY’S OATMEAL COOKIE RECIPE:
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder:
Semi-sweetened Chocolate Chips:
Silicone Baking Mat:
Oatmeal Cookie Recipe:
2 1/2 Cup (200g) old fashioned oats
1/2 Cup (60g) white whole wheat flour
1/4 Cup (30g) chocolate whey protein powder
Heaping 1/4 cup (50-60g) sugar substitute
1 1/2 Tbsps unsweetened cocoa powder
1 Tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1/2 Cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/4 Sugar-free / calorie-free maple syrup
2 Tsp vanilla extract
6 Tbsps (36g) Peanut flour – made into peanut butter
*For my peanut butter I used 6 Tbsp peanut flour and just made “peanut butter” out of that!
*NOTE: If you use peanut flour instead of actual regular peanut butter your cookies won’t be as chewy … but you’ll save a lot of fat macros.
Optional – Add semi-sweetened mini chocolate chips to the batter for extra chocolate flavor!
