how many of you are living in the now how many of you are living two weeks from now or a month from them how many of you are concerned with what’s gonna happen in a blow and how many of you are concerned with where you’re gonna be next year or how many of you are concerned with life after retirement I guess my point in this is you have to live in the damaged and I speak from experience because I spent the last 99% of my life worrying about what would become you know it made me an overachiever it made me someone that worked really hard because I was always concerned about what was lurking around the corner and how I could always be prepared but and this is a big but I wasn’t more than happy I was successful in everything I put my mind to simply done I was always happy that I was prepared for what was lurking around the corner but then I realized that I’m never living now and I was never in my life so if you live in the now you put your best foot forward with one step in the time instead of looking two weeks in advance instead of looking one finger look one day in advance look that minute live by the second what are you doing right this very minute that is going to help you to do this and forget about all that in the future because it doesn’t have a place until a cop because you don’t know it’s Mars going we don’t know if next week is going this so why I’m hurt would it make sense to spend a precious time concerning yourself about what is happening prepare for it yes dwell on it worry about it Elmen if you live in the minute and you work hard with your best foot forward every minute and every day those goals will be reached you may be wondering this guy’s fitness guy how is he gonna translate this because I know all too many people that concern themselves is not reaching their goal where they’re gonna be in a year or if they’re going to meet their deadline to be in bodybuilding change that doesn’t matter what matters is that you’re healthy what matters that can make the right progress if you write down that goal and post it on your wall post it on your calendar you look towards that day by day you’re gonna reach that goal but you don’t have to spend time or anything so basically the only simple lesson that I could give you out of this video is to stop whatever you’re doing right now and break it down to a final exam break it down to what is your ultimate goal and what do you have to do in in four minutes what do you have to do to put 100% of your effort into something right this second so stop watching this video and just get to work work on what is important
