what’s up guys I hope you’re having a fantastic day wherever you are today I’m gonna show you how to make a super quick like 1 minute quick low-carb keto friendly peanut butter mug cake in the microwave with only four ingredients you probably have all these ingredients at your house already this cake is so delicious I’m super pumped to share with you I can’t wait for some of you guys to try this let’s get started let’s get cooking alright so in a small bowl we’re gonna add three tablespoons of some natural creamy no sugar added peanut butter next we’re gonna be adding one large egg we’re also going to be adding around a tablespoon of your Thurl and the last ingredient is a half teaspoon of baking powder now we’re take our spatula crack that egg and just start mixing all those ingredients together until a creamy consistency forms like that and now at this point guys we are ready to take out our mug and coat it with a little baking spray you’re definitely gonna want to make sure you’ve got some baking spray in your mug before you add your batter and now at this point you want to evenly spread up the batter in your mug and then pop it in the microwave for about 30 seconds to a minute depending on the power of your microwave and then of course as always enjoy guys alright so that’s today’s monkey recipe guys and just like with any mug cake I highly highly highly like can’t recommend this enough that you slightly undercooked your mug cake because you can always add more time and cook it a little bit longer so you get that perfect cake like consistency but once you overcook a mug cake it’s over guys it’s a brick it’s dry it’s like a hockey puck you’re not gonna want to eat it so I want you to have the best mug cake results possible and if you just are a little cautious you played on the safe side it’s always better so just keep that in mind when you’re making your mug cake and if you want the full recipe with the metric measurements or the macros or just want to pick up any of this stuff that I used to make today’s low-carb peanut butter mug cake all that’s in the video description below I hope you enjoyed the recipe today guys if you did hit the like button because it really helps the video out a ton and I truly appreciate it you’re not subscribed yet subscribe and I’ll see you in the next video [Music]

Keto mug cake recipe:

3 Tbsps (48g) Natural Peanut Butter
1 Tbsp (12g) Erythritol
1 Egg
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder

How to make a low carb peanut butter mug cake

Add all of the ingredients listed above into a small bowl
Mix until well combined and smooth
Now coat a mug with baking spray
Add the batter to the mug
Microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute

*NOTE:
If peanut butter has been sitting in the fridge, and is thick, microwave it until it becomes slightly runny.

Microwave times for you mug cake will vary depending on the power of your microwave. My microwave is 700 Watts, and 1 minute is perfect. Be sure to check the power of yours.
