what’s happening guys we’re doing another low-carb keto friendly cookie recipe I feel like we’re doing like a series of cookies but it’s just unintentional I just keep making cookies anyways this recipe these cream cheese cookies are so good very easy to make and also super buttery like rich and buttery the flavor of these foods so can’t wait for you guys to try this one let’s get started let’s get cooking guys alright so in a very large bowl we’re gonna add 6 tablespoons of softened cream cheese next we’re gonna add 1 large egg 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and the final ingredient we’re gonna add is three tablespoons of unmelted coconut oil at this point we’re ready to get out our hand mixer and we’re just gonna mix all those ingredients together until a smooth consistency starts to form in the bowl it’ll take several minutes but once you have that smooth consistency or both something like this that’s when you’re gonna set your hand mixer aside and add the rest of your ingredients so at this stage of the game we’re gonna be adding 1/2 a cup of coconut flour as well as a heaping third of a cup of your rift at all now we’re gonna do is get out our spatula and start working those two ingredients into the smooth batter that we formed with our hand mixer and we’re gonna work those ingredients into that mixture until a thick cookie dough batter starts to form once things do start to thicken up in the bowl and you’ve got a nice looking dough like that going on you can take out your cookie scoop and scoop out 18 equal sized scoops onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper when you’ve added all the cookies to the sheet you’ll want to bake the sheet at 350 degrees for about 8 to 10 minutes however halfway through baking you’re gonna want to pull the sheet out just slightly from the oven and score the tops of the cookies to give them a nice cookie shape then you can return them to the oven and finish baking them you’ll know they’re done when the outside edges just start to turn golden brown and you want to let them cool completely in the tray itself and then of course is always enjoy guys that’s today’s cookie recipe guys I hope you enjoyed it if you did it’d really mean a lot to me to get that thumbs up button the like button on the video and if you want the full recipe with the metric measurements or the macros or just want to pick up any of the stuff I used to make the cream cheese cookies today all that’s listed in the video description below just like it always is thanks for hanging out with me a little bit today I hope you enjoy the cookies if you’re not subscribed yet subscribe and I will see you in the next video guys [Music]

Keto Cream Cheese Cookie Ingredients:
6 Tbsps (84g) Cream Cheese
2 Tbsps (30g) Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
3 Tbsps (42g) Coconut Oil
1/2 Cup (64g) Coconut Flour
Heaping 1/3 Cup (50g) erythritol
Keto Cream Cheese Cookie Instructions:
Add all the wet ingredients into a medium sized bowl.
Use a hand mixer to combine the ingredients.
Once combined add the dry ingredients.
Now use a spatula to combine those ingredients until a dough develops in the bowl.
Once it does use a cookie scoop to form 18 equal sized cookies, and bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
Score the cookies with a fork halfway through baking
Let the cookies cool in the tray, and enjoy!
