Apple Cider Vinegar
• Acetic Acid – The main acid in apple cider vinegar. Acetic Acid Bacteria Ferment and eat glucose and ethanol (Alcohol). The benefit for this acid is mainly for the blood sugars, helps with insulin resistance, helps insulin become more sensitive, good for digestion, good for fatty liver because it strips of fat, and has 0 sugar.
Take it with meals one teaspoon with lemon juice

• Lactic Acid and Gluconic Acid – These acids are good for lowering the digestive tracts.
• Probiotics – It helps build up the friendly bacteria in the gut.
• It has 2-6 grams of sugar
• It is good for improving digestion

• It has a lot of antioxidants
• Recommended for people that want substitute for alcohol.

Someone had a question, which is better to consume, Kombucha Tea or Apple Cider Vinegar? So let’s discuss both. Apple Cider Vinegar is made through the process of fermenting the apple juice. Kombucha Tea is also a fermented product made from sugar and black tea. So they both are fermented. With apple cider vinegar, acetic acid bacteria actually ferment and they eat glucose and ethanol which is alcohol and then release acetic acid. So this is the main acid in apple cider vinegar. The benefit of this acid is mainly for your blood sugars, it helps insulin resistance. It helps insulin becomes more sensitive and anytime you do that, you bring down insulin which is automatically gonna bring your weight down. And you are gonna have a lot of improvement from the fact that your insulin is gonna be lower, you are gonna have more energy, better digestion, you are gonna have better hormones and that’s why when people drink it they feel really good. It is also gonna acidify the stomach and helps you digest at the stomach level. So this is very good for digestion. It also is good for the fatty liver because it strips off fat, it is lipotrophic and it has zero sugar. I do recommend this with meals, 1 teaspoon with some lemon juice with each meal. Kombucha tea is a little bit more different. It has a little bit of acetic acid, but has lactic acid and gluconic acid which have different properties. These acids are good for lowering the digestive tracts. You can look at the kombucha tea as vinegar but not in the final stages. If you actually let kombucha tea ferment a little longer, it will eventually turn into vinegar but it is not quite in that stage yet. Kombucha tea you can look at it as probiotic because it actually helps build up the friendly bacteria in your gut but the problem is it has 2 to 6 grams of sugar sometimes even more. If you read the label and it has more than 2 grams, I would not drink it because it is just too high. But realize that even two grams can slightly bump you out in ketosis if you are trying to lose weight.
