so you guys know I’ve been on a breakfast keto recipe kick lately and we’re just gonna keep continuing on with the keto breakfast recipes today I’m gonna show you how to make keto waffles super easy keto waffle recipe we’re using some almond flour and just a few other ingredients if you’re doing the keto diet then you probably have all these ingredients already in your house so that being said let’s get started let’s make some keto waffles okay so for these keto waffles the first thing we’re gonna do is get out our food scale and our blender or in a crack and add two large eggs to our blender and once we’ve got our eggs added in there the next ingredient we’re gonna add is gonna be four tablespoons of melted butter followed by a third of a cup of some unsweetened vanilla almond milk once we got all that almond milk added to our blender the final liquid ingredient we’re gonna add is gonna be a capful of vanilla extract so now we’re gonna add the dry ingredients starting with some superfine almond flour I recommend going with the Bob’s Red Mill superfine almond flour from whole almonds I just really like the consistency that this has also it’s the lowest carb almond flour that I found every serving only has two net carbs which is amazing if you want to pick some of this up there’s a link to grab it in the video description below anyways for today’s recipe we’re gonna be adding just less than a cup or around 90 grams of that stuff to our blender and once we’ve got all of the almond flour added in there the next thing we’re to do is sweeten our waffles up of course without adding any additional carbs or calories so we’re gonna do that by adding some granulated ureteral and for today’s recipe we’re gonna be adding two tablespoons or 28 grams of swerve to do that so now we’re gonna add a half a teaspoon of baking powder and just a pinch of salt at this point we can add the top to our blender pop that on to the base of the blender blend everything until a thick batter starts to form in there this is gonna take a couple of minutes to do and the reason you want to blend your batter for a couple of minutes is because you want the eggs to really whip up in there and the extra blending time is kind of the secret to these waffles to give them that thick soft pillowy consistency that every waffle has so once our batter is done blending and it’s thickened up in there the next thing we’re gonna do is coat a waffle maker or waffle iron with a little bit of baking spray we’re going to half of our batter to the waffle maker and we’re just gonna let that cook until the batter becomes a waffle in there this is probably gonna take about five minutes but once it does we’re gonna transfer our first waffle to a plate and then we’re just gonna repeat the same process for our second waffle so once our second waffle is done cooking we’re just gonna add that to the same plate as our first waffle and then check this out this is what our keto waffles are gonna end up looking like how delicious did these look so that is my go-to keto waffle recipe I hope you guys enjoy these question the day where is your favorite place to get waffles from and let me know your favorite waffle place in the comments I’ll let you guys know where my favorite waffles are from down there too of course if you make these waffles I’d love to see your recreations so definitely tag me on Instagram I handles in the video description below also down there are the full written out macros per waffle and if you need any of the products that I used to make the waffles today like the almond flour or the ural or maybe a waffle maker because you need a waffle maker to make waffles links to all that stuff will be down there as well thank guys so much for watching I hope you enjoy the keto waffles and I will see you in the next recipe
