these sugar cookies are legit delicious and the macros are just outrageous as well every cookie is only 69 calories now you might have noticed I’m not wearing my digester today I’m wearing a much cooler shirt and that’s because my good friend Simon over at the dye kitchen recently launched an apparel line secret Fitness this is one of the shirts anyways if you follow me on the snapchat you might have seen me unbox the shirt about five days ago and I’ve worn the shirt three out of the past five days so it’s quickly becoming one of my favorite shirts I think it’s because it’s tight but it’s not too tight men do she way just tighten up just show off the game anyways if you want to check out his entire apparel line I’ll put a link to his website in the video description below he’s also given me a 15% off coupon code for you guys for the entire store now let’s get into this recipe and get cooking we’re gonna get our wet ingredients together first so let’s take out a small bowl and add in one whole egg followed by a teaspoon of vanilla extract and half a teaspoon of butter extract now we’re gonna mix those ingredients together until well combined and set them aside alright so next we’re gonna get our dry ingredients together starting with one two third cups for 160 grams of white whole wheat flour we’re also going to add about an eighth of a cup for 30 grams of sugar substitute as well as three quarters of TSP corn starch a quarter of a teaspoon baking powder and a quarter of a teaspoon salt we’re also gonna add two tablespoons or 28 grams of solid coconut oil now let’s combine everything until our coconut oil is well incorporated with the other ingredients when that’s all set we’re gonna bring back our wet ingredients and add them to our dry ingredients now we’ll just use our spatula to mix everything together until crumbly once crumbly we’re going to use our hands to work the dough into a ball if you’re having trouble forming your dough into a ball it’s a little bit too dry just add a tablespoon at a time of almond milk until it takes shape that’s looking perfect so now we can move on to rolling out our dough you’re gonna want to start by layering your countertop with a piece of plastic wrap add your dough and then cover it with another piece of plastic wrap the reason we’re doing this is because the plastic wrap is gonna make it much easier for us to roll out our dough we’re aiming to make the dough about a quarter inch thick and it’ll most likely take you a few minutes of rolling to get it there once the dough is the appropriate size we can take out our cookie cutter and cut out some cookies and of course be sure to roll out any of your leftover dough to make even more cookies all right so now we’re gonna cover a baking sheet with parchment paper add our cookies to the sheet and bake at 350 degrees or 177 Celsius for about 10 minutes all right guys so this recipe makes 14 cookies and each one only has 69 calories two and a half grams of fat six grams of carbs two of which is fiber and two grams of protein like I said earlier crazy-good macros if you want to print the recipe out you can do so by clicking link in the video description below and as always thanks for watching
