hey guys today we are making my personal favorite overnight Oh recipe peanut butter and honey overnight notes why is it my personal favorite because I’m a peanut butter fanatic and this does not disappoint in the peanut butter department so if you’re anything like me and you love peanut butter even if you don’t love it you just kind of like it you are really gonna dig today’s recipe so let’s get cooking alright so to start things off in a small bowl we’re gonna add 1/2 a cup of oatmeal 1/2 a cup of peanut flour 1/2 a teaspoon of cinnamon 1/2 a cup of milk add one and a half tablespoons of honey now give your bowl and mix until your oats look thick and creamy when they do add them to a sealable jar and refrigerate for 6 to 8 hours or overnight and the next day when you take your out of the fridge they should be thick and delicious looking like this seriously guys if you like peanut butter you have to try this for breakfast sometime it’s so so good every jar is 442 calories 10 grams of fat 74 grams of carbs 13 of which is fiber and 26 grams of protein so a pretty balanced hearty breakfast in that little jar votes I hope you enjoyed the recipe if you want all the metric measurements that good stuff there’s a link in the video description that will help you out and thanks for watching I’ll see you in the next recipe
