How to make low carb keto brownies in a mug! The best, easy, LOW CARB KETO brownie recipe (3 net carbs), and it only takes 1 minute to make in the microwave. This coconut flour brownies recipe is also gluten free + dairy free, and great for weight watchers too because it only has 160 calories.

Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips:

Coconut Flour:

Erythritol (Sugar Substitute I used to keep the carbs/calories low):

Unsweetened Cocoa Powder:

Food Scale:

2 Tsps (6g) Coconut Flour
1 Tbsp (7g) Lily’s chocolate chips
1 Tbsp (16g) Erythritol
1 1/2 Tbsps (7g) unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 Tsp Baking powder
1/2 Tsp Baking soda
1/2 Tsp Vanilla extract
1 Large Eggs
1 Tsp (5g) Melted Coconut Oil
1/2 Tbsp Greek yogurt (10g)

Add all ingredients to a small bowl.
Mix until a thick brownie batter consistency forms.
Once it does coat a small dish with baking spray and add the batter.
Microwave for anywhere between 30 seconds to 1:15min depending on the power of your microwave
*NOTE: Always use less time than you think than more time. You can always microwave the brownie more if it’s not done enough. Mug brownies and mug cakes dry out easily in the microwave so make sure you follow my tip to ensure your brownie turns out.
*NOTE: If you can help it, let the brownie cool for 1 hour. This will allow the brownie to set completely. If you eat it hot out of the microwave it will be more cake-y than a brownie.
