breakfast before I make breakfast let’s talk a little bit about goals right now I’m doing a lean gaming finish what that basically means is I’m trying to gain a pound a two pounds a month until the phase is over clearly when you’re doing a lean gaining phase it’s not a ball it’s not a race you’re trying to do this really slow this is gonna last until March in March Anna started cutting phase because I’m getting married in August so from March to August I’m gonna be cutting I wanted to do a more fun breakfast today but Alissa is rushing me we’re going to see her cousin play little peewee football this Creole seasoning is the real deal just makes eggs taste so much better and it’s raining this is going to be enjoyable I did not think the tripod was stupid when you got it for me no no no you’ve got me a tripod for a camera and I was only using my phone three four times so I couldn’t use it so I didn’t think it was stupid and you never returned it it was like six months you were never gonna return it I was I brought snacks edamame Apple absolutely frozen are we gonna go and pick up like a little bit of something at the grocery store the closest formally can I have to get some protein I gotta get some meat because I don’t have any of the apartment I look like I work for UPS you are UPS you look like a cardboard box how did this happen Tina said is that him in all brown this is bad how did you let me leave the house like this yes it’s very soft yeah I keep touching it it’s very soft the coat we’re just leaving the grocery store and we’re heading back home I’m making lunch and Alyssa is taking lunch one things I really like to do whoops it’s eat my cereal with my hands I should like to eat all my food with my hands I really don’t like to use silverware as weird as that sounds but I like to kind of only grab a few or one at a time and it’s just like a little trick for my mind to make me think that I’m eating more by the way how freaking good are Honey Smacks I was gonna say sugar snacks I don’t know if they’re honey or sugar mmm I love them I don’t know if today’s lunch menu is eclectic or weird but we’re starting with this bison steak some Honey Smacks and a huge but not so huge anymore chocolate banana almond milk shake just to give me an update for the rest of the day I still have 90 grams of protein that I can eat 200 grams of carbs and 35 grams of fat now I have to make sure some of those carbs go to vegetables because I haven’t had any yet today and I always try to get two servings of fruit and two servings of vegetables in the day that’s just for micronutrients just for vitamins and minerals sake it’s important that you have a balanced diet my approach to if if it’s your macros is 80% healthy foods 20% of my calories come from fun foods as I like to call them so maybe some unhealthy foods and that’s just how I structured my diet I think it’s a good balance some people I feel like they take things too far in one direction or another if you’re gonna do if it fits your macros it’s important to have a good balance between the healthy foods and the fun foods sleeping beauty has arisen why so cute crabs give me kiss give me kiss it’s that chili smells really good you’re gonna wake up and I’m gonna eat it all what’s this chili for anyways you just decided to make chili all of a sudden Oh chili is your lunch well maybe I need to do like a like lower fat version of the chili it seemed pretty healthy from what you did but yeah you got to give me the recipe I’m sure everybody wants no we don’t have we have enough time to go over it right now but we gotta go do it nobody has time for you and your ingredients I just saved the day last night you went to bed you fall asleep on the sofa I try to wake you up mac and cheese yeah you put it away yeah yeah that’s going on yeah you’re welcome Thanks daddy loves you dinner did a bunch of this garbanzo bean pasta if you’ve never made this you really should check it out really awesome pretty much just chickpeas I say karpin’s that means it’s chickpea pasta really high in protein really high in fiber really delicious over here I have a bag of jasmine rice as you guys know I really like to use the bags just good for portion control the other medallion of the Bison 95 grams of some ground beef and vegetables for the day some peppers and a multicolored assortment of tomatoes so that’s what I’m eating for dinner tonight this is what happens when you really only eat one complete meal for the day since we were kind of at the football game that I was doing work when we got back home so that is what dinner is gonna look like tonight say good night you do
