Dr. Berg talks about why people don’t stick to a diet and stay consistent with a healthy eating plan. You would think they could learn from the past and then predict future consequences. The problem is people are living in the moment, wanting that instant gratification, that quick fix, that temporary pleasure and do not think about future – consequences.
