hey guys over the past couple of months this recipe has been a staple of my diet while I’ve been dieting so want to share it with you and I will be going over a few products that I like to use while making my fried rice no this is not a sponsored post no I didn’t get any of these products for free and no none of these companies paid me to use these products although I wish they did because that would be awesome I make this all the time let’s get cooking the first thing you want to do is get your veggies together I’m using two servings or 170 grams of peppers and onions mix in the same amount of an Asian stir-fry mix as far as the macros go on the stir-fry mix it try to find one that’s around 6 grams of carbs once your veggies are defrosted and spray your pan with a bit of cooking oil and add them in you’ll want to cook them over medium heat until slightly Brown also while they’re cooking you’ll want to get your rice together and if you can find it I think this mix by Birds Eye is really nice it’s a ton of volume for only about 62 grams of carbs so now you’re gonna go ahead and add your rice to your veggies and stir those together when they’re combined you’ll want to add about a hundred and five grams of egg substitute or about three egg whites to your pan and stir until the eggs are completely cooked now you’re gonna go ahead and add your fried rice to a medium-sized bowl and pour in 1/2 tablespoon or about five grams of sesame oil along with 2 tablespoons or 30 milliliters of soy sauce once that’s taken care of give your rice as solid mix just so that your oil and sauce is evenly distributed throughout your rice and when I serve my rice I’d like to top it with just about a tablespoon of sliced green onions question of the day what is your favorite Chinese food let me know in the comments below and my favorite will be down there as well as far as the macros go on this rest feed the recipe makes about 4 cups of fried rice each cup works out to be about 135 calories one and a half grams of fat 21 grams of carbs three of which is fiber and seven grams of protein you want to print the recipe out there’s a link to do so in the video description thanks for watching guys and I’ll catch you in the next recipe
