hey guys if you follow me on snapchat then you know I’m seriously dieting for my wedding right now and when I diet all I want to do is eat pancakes and waffles all day long I don’t know why it’s just something that happens so be prepared for a bunch of pancake and waffle recipes on this channel for the next several months at least until August when I get married anyways today’s peanut butter chocolate chip banana pancakes very yummy and very easy so let’s get cooking all right we’re gonna kick these pancakes off by making our peanut butter first so in a small dish at five tablespoons or sixty grams of powdered peanut butter and two tablespoons r28 milliliters of calorie-free maple syrup if you can’t find low-calorie syrup just use two tablespoons of water and some sugar substitute instead once the peanut butter is mixed set it aside and get out your blender now we’re gonna add three egg whites a third of an average-sized banana our peanut butter from earlier and just over a quarter cup or 25 grams of oats now that we’ve got everything in the blender we’ll cover it and blend until smooth alright the batter is looking good so now we’re gonna lightly coat a skillet with some baking spray and start making our pancakes before your pancakes start to bubble add in some mini chocolate chips and once they bubble give them a flip or seven if you made Silver Dollar ones like I did but if you don’t this recipe makes two normal sized ones enjoy guys like I said I like making the silverdollar pancakes those are the small ones because it just makes me feel like I’m eating more food I get to eat seven pancakes instead of two pancakes even though there’s really no difference between the two it’s just like a dieting ninja trick for your mind anyways this entire batch of Pancakes it’s 319 calories 8 grams of fat 41 grams of carbs 8 of which is fiber and 27 grams of protein quite a bit of protein for no dairy or protein powders so – thumbs up for that if you want to print this recipe out you can do so by clicking the link in the video description below and as always thanks for watching guys
