Mash 1/2 banana (50g)
5 Tbsp (30g) powdered peanut butter
2 Tsp (8g) sugar substitute
1 Whole Egg
Mix until batter forms
Spray a mug with non-stick spray
Add in 2 Tbsp (20g) self rising flour
Pour batter into the mug and mix
Microwave for around 45 seconds (1250 watt microwave used)
