what’s up guys today we’re making some seriously addicting low fat banana brand muffins and I say that speaking from personal experience I had one and then I had five I totally lost all sense of self-control so let’s get cooking in a medium-sized Bowl we’re going to add one in three quarters of the cup or a hundred grams of wheat bran next add half a tablespoon or five grams of ground cinnamon as well as a teaspoon of baking powder and a pinch of salt now let’s mix everything together until well combined and set aside for later in a separate Bowl let’s get together our wet ingredients we’re gonna start with two mashed bananas and the more ripe the better next is a 1/2 cup or 122 grams of unsweetened applesauce followed by a 1/2 cup or 113 grams of nonfat Greek yogurt we’re also gonna add 1 egg and 2 egg whites and last but not least one teaspoon of vanilla extract now we’re going to whisk all of our wet ingredients together until thoroughly combined next pour the wet ingredients into the dry and combine them with the spatula until thick I almost forgot we also need a 1/2 cup or 40 grams of oats and one and a half tablespoons or 18 grams of sugar substitute so mix those ingredients in there too once we have all the ingredients mixed together we can add our better to a well greased muffin tin and don’t be afraid to fill the tins all the way to the top you’ll probably end up with about 7 muffins and you’ll want to bake them at 350 degrees for 177 Celsius for 45 to 50 minutes chicka-chicka check these out alright so I’m just gonna come out and say it these are the best bread muffins I’ve ever had in my entire life and put my muffins where my mouth is or in my mouth or something like that anyways the macros they’re pretty great too each muffin is 133 calories one and a half grams of fat 25 grams of carbs seven and a half of which fiber and six and a half grams of protein Trinity questions or suggestions please leave them in the comments below and as always thanks for watching

Instructions and macros:
In a medium sized bowl add 1 3/4 cup (100g) wheat bran
1/2 Cup (40g) oats
1 1/2 Tbsp (18g) sugar substitute
1/2 Tbsp (5g) ground cinnamon
1 Tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
Combine and set aside

In a separate bowl get together your wet ingredients
2 mashed bananas
1/2 Cup (122g) unsweetened applesauce
1/2 Cup (113g) non-fat greek yogurt
1 Egg & 2 egg whites
1 Tsp of vanilla extract
Mix thoroughly

Pour wet into the dry and combine

Pour batter into a well greased muffin tin and fill the tins to the top

You should end up with about 7 muffins
Bake at 350 degrees | 177 Celsius for 45-50 minutes
