hey guys today’s pumpkin spice cake just might be the easiest cake that I’ve ever done for the channel plus each slice is only a hundred and twenty-five calories so let’s get cooking in a small bowl I’m gonna add one and a half cups or 180 grams of self-rising flour and I don’t recommend substituting for any other flour next I’m gonna add about 1/2 a cup 450 grams of sugar substitute and of course I’m also going to add a heaping teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice once that’s taken care of I’m gonna combine my dry ingredients until my pumpkin pie spice is well incorporated with the flour and sugar that’s looking good so I can set that bowl aside in a new bowl I’m gonna add 3/4 of a cup or 180 grams of pure pumpkin I’m also going to add 3 egg whites which is about a hundred and five grams of egg substitute I’m also going to use one whole egg now I’m just gonna use my whisk to beat all of my wet ingredients together until they’re looking nice and combined like this all right so now I can bring back my dry ingredients and add them into my wet ingredients and you guys know I love my mini spatulas so I’m just gonna use one of those to combine all the ingredients until my flour is completely dissolved and my batter is smooth like this next I’m gonna coat an 8 by 8 springform pan with baking spray and add my batter to the pan once all my batter has been added I’ll just take my mini spatula and evenly spread it throughout my pan when that’s looking good I’m just gonna bake the cake at 375 degrees for 190 Celsius for about 20 minutes and I’m gonna let the cake cool in the pan for about 5 minutes when it’s done baking that I’m gonna transfer to a wire rack to finish cooling and of course is always enjoy guys question the day guys what is your favorite fall food let me know in the comments below and my favorite will be down there as well as far as the macros go on this cake cake makes 8 slices and each slice is 125 calories a half a gram of fat 25 grams of carbs one of which is fiber and four and a half grams of protein that’s gonna do it for today I hope you enjoyed the recipe and I’ll catch you in the next one
