hey guys today we’re making one of my favorite Italian dishes baked ziti except we’re not making just any baked ziti though we’re making a high-protein low-calorie ZV and I feel fairly confident saying all of you are gonna be able to fit this in your macros which I know from personal experience isn’t always the easiest thing to do when it comes to Italian food so let’s get cooking the first thing we’re gonna do is fill a measuring cup with four cups of water and turn up the stoves burner to high now we’re gonna add the water to a medium sized pot and get out our secret ingredient which in this recipe is bonzes chickpea pasta when the water starts to boil we’re gonna add the pasta to the pot and reduce the heat of the burner to medium low the possible take around 6 minutes to cook and we’ll want to make sure that we’re stirring it occasionally throughout the process when the pasta is finished cooking we’re gonna strain it over the sink and add it to a medium or large sized Ram kit next we’ll top it with some low-cal tomato sauce crushed red pepper and salt now we can give it a quick mix and topped with some fat-free ricotta cheese along with a little bit of fat-free mozzarella we’re gonna bake it at 350 degrees or 190 Celsius for 7 to 10 minutes once baked remove the ramekin from the oven and enjoy all that cheesy ziddi goodness question of the day what is your favorite Italian food let me know in the comments below and my favorite will be down there as well I’ve got a feeling pizza is gonna be the winner here anyways the macros on this bake CD I like to split it up into two servings and every serving works out to be 244 calories three and a half grams of fat 37 and a half grams of carbs 9 of which is fiber and 22 grams of protein if you want to print the recipe out you can do so by clicking a link in the video description below and as always guys thanks for watching
