what’s up guys a few days ago I found out that this Sunday July 19th is actually national ice cream day I’m a huge ice cream lovers so you know I had to do something special to celebrate this holiday so I’m showing you guys how to make some high protein high fiber ice cream sandwiches let’s get cooking we’re gonna kick things off with a couple of chocolate brownie quest bars unwrap your bars and lay them flat on your work surface area now take a rolling pin in flatten out your edges you want to try to roll them towards each other while you do this next we’re gonna use the best pair of tools on our body our hands and finish forming the top of our sandwich that’s looking great now that the tops finished you’re just gonna repeat this same process for the bottom of your sandwich once your top and bottom are all set and ready to go add them to a tray lined with parchment paper and bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes now for the ice cream I’m choosing to go with Arctic zeros chunky cookie dough chip all you need to do is cut your pint about a half inch from the bottom and boom you’re left with a perfectly formed inside to your ice cream sandwich I scream you scream we all scream for ice cream all right so these sandwiches are literally the most delicious thing I’ve ever made for this channel and I don’t think I say that too often so you have every reason to believe me the whole time I was eating these sandwiches all I could keep saying was oh my god oh my god these are delicious the macros 436 calories 14 grams of fat 56 grams of carbs 40 of which are fiber and 42 grams of protein I’ll want to know what your favorite ice cream is so let me know in the comments below mine’s chocolate chip cookie dough I hope you guys have a good weekend enjoy National Ice Cream day and I’ll catch you on Monday for a new video recipe

How to Make Healthy High Protein Brownie Cookie Dough Ice Cream Sandwiches
No Bake Brownies:
Instructions and Macros:
Take two brownie fudge Quest bars and flatten them with a rolling pin
Once flattened use your hands to mold the bars into circles
Once prepped bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes
I used Arctic Zero’s Chunky Cookie Dough Chip ice cream
Cut the pint about a quarter inch from the bottom
You’re left with the perfect portion for the inside of your sandwich
Once bars are done baking let cool for about 5 minutes and assemble your sandwich!
