hey guys I feel like it’s been forever since I’ve done a recipe for you guys and the wedding is finally over the honeymoon is done unfortunately and real life has started to finally kick it a little bit I’m sort of in a routine now and that means more recipes so today we are making some high protein of blood and baked blueberry muffins very easy super delicious let’s get cooking take out a blender and add in a quarter cup or 60 milliliters of unsweetened vanilla almond milk 1 egg 1 cup or 225 grams of nonfat Greek yogurt 2 cups or a hundred and 60 grams of oats 4 tablespoons or 48 grams of sugar substitute 2 scoops of a vanilla whey protein powder one and a half teaspoons of baking powder half a teaspoon of baking soda half a teaspoon of cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon of salt and one and a half teaspoons of vanilla extract now pop the top onto your blender and blend until smooth and don’t forget to scrape down the sides of your blood or two because some of these ingredients are definitely gonna get stuck to it alright moving on to our blueberries a little trick on keeping the blueberries at the top of the muffin is just dusting them with about a half a tablespoon of oat flour before adding them into our batter alright so now we’re gonna take out our muffin pan and liberally coat it with some baking spray next we’re gonna grab our blender bring it over to our muffin tray and carefully pour a batter into the molds until they’re about full then we’re gonna grab our blueberries and equally distribute them between our muffins and bake at 350 degrees or 177 Celsius for about 20 to 25 minutes and of course is always enjoy guys question of the day guys let’s have a little bit of fun with this one how much weight do you think I gained or lost on the honeymoon let me know in the comments below just as a hint ELISA and I we stayed an all-inclusive resort for six nights seven days there’s a ton of completely good food there and of course it’s all-inclusive so you can eat as much as you want as far as the macros go on these muffins each one is a hundred and forty calories 2 grams of fat 20 grams of carbs 2 which is fiber and 11 and grams of protein that’s gonna do it for today guys I hope you enjoyed the recipe and I’ll catch you in the next one
