what’s happening guys I know it’s been a little while since we’ve done a recipe on channel to do waiting for a new recipe the wait is finally over today we’re combining two of my favorite things cinnamon rolls and cookies and making cinnamon roll of cookies each cookie is just about 100 calories and they’re sweetened with only agave and honey so how can you be that plus they really taste like a citable so let’s end this recipe wait and kick cooking all right guys so the first thing you want to do is take out a large bowl and add 1/2 cups of quick oats to it next add 3/4 of a cup of white whole wheat flour 2 teaspoons of cinnamon one-lap teaspoons of baking powder and a pinch of salt now whisk those ingredients together until well combined and set that bowl aside in a separate bowl add 1 egg 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 1/4 cup of agave a quarter cup of honey and 2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil now with those ingredients together until well combined and set that bowl aside – once they’re combined pour the wet ingredients into the dry whisk everything together until a thick foam filled batter forms once that forms pick out a cookie scoop and form 15 even size cookies on a baking sheet next you want to take out a spatula and flatten out each cookie when they’re all flat bake your cookies at 325 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes and when they’re done baking cool them on a wire rack well the cookies are cooling you’ll want to make your icing so in a small bowl add 2 tablespoons of nonfat Greek yogurt one-and-a-half tablespoons of agave and eighth of a teaspoon of vanilla extract now combine those ingredients together add them to a piping bag or just a plastic bag and top your cookies and of course it’s always enjoy guys all right guys so like I mentioned this recipe makes 15 cookies and each cookie is only 107 calories 2 and 1/2 grams of fat 20 grams of carbs 2 which is fiber and 2 grams of protein you want the metric measurements in the entire recipe and find that in the description below I hope you enjoyed today’s recipe if you did give the video like subscribe if you haven’t subscribed yet and I will see you guys video

In a large bowl add your dry ingredients
1 1/2 Cups (120g) quick oats
3/4 Cup (90g) white whole wheat flour
2 Tsps (2g) of cinnamon
1 1/2 Tsps baking powder
Pinch of salt
Mix until combined and set this bowl aside

Now in a separate bowl add you wet ingredients
1 Egg
1 Tsp vanilla extract
1/4 Cup (84g) agave
1/4 Cup (84g) honey
2 Tbsps (30g) coconut oil
Now whisk these ingredients together and pour into the dry ingredients

-Stir wet ingredients into dry until a thick oatmeal cookie batter forms and make 15 even sized cookies out of the dough
-Bake at 325 Degrees | 163 Celsius for 12-15 minutes
-Cool on a wire rack

While cookies are cooling make your frosting in a small bowl
2 Tbsps (40g) non-fat Greek yogurt
1 1/2 Tbsps (30g) agave
1/8th Tsp vanilla extract
Mix until combined
Once combined pour frosting into a piping bag or plastic bag and top your cookies
