what’s up guys a few weeks ago Alisa and I went out to dinner to a Burmese restaurant and one of the desserts was a chocolate and banana filled wonton delicious right anyways I thought I can make this but a lot healthier and it turns out I was totally right so let’s get cooking we’re gonna kick this recipe off with half a medium-sized banana and you’re gonna want to dice your banana into equal sized pieces add them to a dish and set aside for later now in a new dish add one scoop of chocolate whey protein powder next up is one and a half tablespoons for 18 grams of sugar substitute followed by two tablespoons or 10 grams of unsweetened cocoa powder and around 2 tablespoons of water but this may change depending on the brand of protein powder you use so just to be safe I recommend adding your water one teaspoon at a time the important thing though is that you end up with a stringy chocolaty consistency like this now go ahead and add your wonton wrapper to your work surface area and fill with 1/2 TSP of banana chunks along with about 1/2 TSP of our homemade chocolate sauce next we’re gonna wet all four edges of our wonton wrapper using our finger and fold it to form a triangle and of course make sure to press your edges down to secure them in place continue this process eight times and bake at 350 degrees or 177 Celsius for around 12 minutes and make sure to flip your wontons at the halfway mark about 6 minutes in once your edges have turned golden brown of course if you’re left with any chocolate sauce don’t let it go to waste use it as a dip or is it topping like I did so I don’t know about you guys but that chocolate drizzle it just gets me every single time I am a total sucker for chocolate drizzles and the macros are pretty ridiculous as well for every wonton it’s 52 calories zero grams of fat 9 grams of carbs one of which is fiber and 4 grams of protein you have any questions or suggestions leave them in the comments below I do look at and respond to all of them and as always thanks for watching
