More specifically, you want help with Healthy Candied Pecans Recipe | How To Make Low Carb Candied Nuts?
what’s up guys today we are gonna be making a healthier version of one of my favorite holiday snacks candied pecans or pecans depending on what part of the country you’re from anyways you’re only gonna need three ingredients in about 15 minutes to make them so let’s get cooking coat a medium-sized pan with non-stick baking spray and add in 1 cup or 100 grams of pecans that have been soaked in a quarter cup or 60 milliliters of low-calorie pancake syrup make sure your stovetop is set to a medium heat setting and work your pecans around the pan for several minutes once most of the maple syrup is evaporated your pecans have caramelized transfer them onto a small sheet of parchment paper now we’re going to evenly coat them with some cinnamon sugar and I’m using a mix of a tablespoon of sugar substitute and a quarter teaspoon of cinnamon when that’s all set go ahead and add your pecans back to your pan and this time you’re gonna work them around just for a couple of minutes before adding a little more cinnamon sugar at this point I’m only gonna add 1/2 tbsp of sugar substitute and 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon once your pecans are evenly coated give them a final stir and transfer them back onto your parchment paper to dry you’ll want to store your pecans in an airtight container and the longer you let them dry the crunch here they’ll be alright so the macros on these candied pecans every ounce or 28 grams serving is 185 calories 17.7 5 grams of fat 7 and a half grams of carbs 2 and a half which is fiber and 2.25 grams of protein if you’d like to print the recipe out you can do so by clicking the link in the video description below and as always thanks for watching
