what’s up guys I don’t know why but I’m in a really good mood today maybe it’s because I’m excited to share with you this amazing chocolate brownie recipe that I have as you can see that empty tray in the sink that was from breakfast I had half a tray of brownies didn’t feel bad about it all these are guilt-free they’re low in fat they’re super simple to make and they taste delicious so let’s get started first thing that you want to do is pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees next we’re going to crack and add one whole egg to our blender add 3/4 of a cup or 170 grams of plain nonfat Greek yogurt 1/4 of a cup or 2 ounces of vanilla unsweetened almond milk 1/2 cup or 40 grams of old-fashioned oats add 1/2 cup or 40 grams of unsweetened cocoa powder 1 teaspoon baking powder I’m going to be adding protein powder and calorie-free chocolate syrup to my brownies they’ll taste just as delicious without those two ingredients and if you don’t have those two ingredients I recommend adding 40 grams of your sugar substitute or Splenda sugar blood I’m only going to be adding 20 grams of sugar substitute but that’s because I’m using those ingredients as I mentioned I’m replacing 20 grams of the sugar with 20 grams of protein powder I recommend using chocolate or vanilla protein powder when doing this and finally our other optional ingredient 4 tablespoons of calorie-free chocolate syrup your brownies will taste just as good without the vanilla protein powder and the calorie-free chocolate syrup I promise now we’re going to blend our brownie batter into a smooth consistency I like to use a spatula and scrape down the sides as you’ll see and I also like to use a pulsing mechanism on my blender when I do this now on our batter is smooth we’re going to spray our baking tray with some nonstick cooking spray we’re going to stick it in the oven for about 20 to 25 minutes around 20 minutes I like to take a toothpick and just check the center if it comes out and there’s no residue on it we know it’s done you think these look awesome you should taste these these are absolutely unbelievably delicious if you compare this to a batch of jarred all these brownies you’re going to save yourself roughly 66 percent of the calories the macros on these are great going at 12 grams of fat 76 grams of carbs and 50 grams of protein for the entire batch per brownie that’s one gram of fat 6.3 grams of carbs and 4.1 grams of protein if you make this recipe and you try these brownies please let me know in the comments below what you think of them these are just too delicious not to love them I love enjoying them with a tall glass of vanilla unsweetened almond milk thanks for watching
