hey guys so since so many of you loved my last overnight recipe I thought we’d do another one and what’s better than espresso infused oatmeal am i right supercharge your day with some caffeine anyways these overnight oats are awesome let’s get cooking alright so in a small bowl want to add 1/2 a cup of oatmeal half a tablespoon of instant espresso one last tablespoons of sugar half a tablespoon of chia seeds 1/2 a cup of milk in eighth of a teaspoon of vanilla extract now we’re just going to give our oats a good mix and once everything is well combined we’re going to pour our oats into a sealable jar and once we have all the oats in jar we’re just going to seal it for 6 to 8 hours or overnight and the next morning when we take our jar out of the refrigerator our oats should be thick and delicious looking like this yeah so if you’re looking for a way to kickstart morning there’s probably no better way to start than these overnight out just out of curiosity in the comments section below let me know your favorite way how to drink your coffee I think mine is 4 to 6 splendas black anyways the macros in this overnight of recipe 266 calories 6 grams of fat 48 grams of carbs 7 of which is fiber and 6 grams of protein if you want the full recipe the metric measurements all that good stuff is in the video description below I hope you enjoyed today’s recipe and I’ll see you in the next video guys a better way to start than this overnight Oh recipe then no better way to start then once it’s over probably no better way to start that there’s probably no better way to start [Music]
