what’s up guys summer is finally upon us here in the US and that means that grilling season is also finally here which kind of makes me want to cover everything in barbecue sauce so today we’re gonna be making a healthy low-calorie barbecue sauce in less than five minutes let’s get cooking we’re gonna start by adding 3/4 of a cup or a hundred ninety grams of reduced sugar ketchup to a small bowl next up is one and a half tablespoons 425 milliliters or Chester Shire sauce and a half tablespoon or 12 millilitres of apple cider vinegar now onto the dry ingredients 1 tablespoon or 12 grams of granulated sugar substitute 3/4 of a teaspoon mustard powder 3/4 of teaspoon garlic powder half a teaspoon chili powder and just for a little kick 1/2 a teaspoon hot sauce now all we have to do is mix it on up until it’s well combined once it’s well combined I like to follow mine back into the bottle for easy storage and usability now you’re all set to cover everything you grill in guilt-free barbecue sauce I do have to warn you guys this barbecue sauce is highly addictive in fact if you’re anything like me you’re probably going to be pouring this all over pretty much everything but it’s totally ok because it’s completely guilt free 1 tablespoon or 16 grams is 8 calories zero grams of fat 2 grams of carbs and 0 grams of protein you really really can’t beat that for barbecue sauce as always please leave me your questions or suggestions in the comments below I do look at and respond to all them and thanks for watching
