[Music] to 10.6 morning guys welcome to another full day of eating but first coffee still haven’t been able to find the cafe is still oh I’ve been able to find the pods but it’s not the instant coffee however the Wegmans is on the super super tasty I actually can’t drink this stuff without sugar substitute and that’s a rarity for coffee so if you buy a leg mints you never had their hazelnut highly highly highly recommended the number one rule to using accurate as you must press the wrong button the scroll button it’s really really good very tasty right now and lately my routine has been drink coffee fill out my spreadsheet with all my my fitness pal numbers and my weigh ins the past 10 days I’ve been doing it so that is really good accountability guys even no small accomplishment I think makes you start your day off a little bit better my first meal of the day is actually not happening at the apartment today I’m gonna head into work right now do a little bit of work at the restaurant and make some food at the restaurant before my workout so meal number one it’s happening at Duff’s today all right dudes so meal number one is about to go down I am having chicken wings for meal number one actually I’m totally not having chicken wings there bill number one pre-workouts smoked salmon guys three rye crackers three servings a hundred and sixty grams of smoked salmon and then a cup and a half it is yogurt e yogurt D third D time cup and a half of nonfat Greek yogurt cup and a half of frozen blueberries that is what’s going down meal number one today alright so at the gym buddy Paul is joining me for a lift we’re doing push today and I’m on my top set of push which is close grip bench to thirty four five sets of ten if I hit this set it would mean that I increased my clothes for bench five pounds from my last 10 rep day I don’t know if it’s gonna happen because the fourth set was sort of a struggle so we’ll see [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] smoked it I’m headed to the grocery store gonna pick up some quest protein chips I’ve had this idea to do a healthy food product review show on my channel for two years now and I have the perfect name for the show it’s gonna be called get it or forget it see what I did there and basically I’m gonna judge these healthy food products on taste on their back rows and how much money they cost and if I buy them again then I’m gonna say get it and if I wouldn’t purchase the product again I’m gonna say four get it I’m just really excited about this because I think that there’s so many products to do first of all I think that it could be enjoyable to watch and then second of all I think it can offer some value to all of you guys because there’s so many products out there that maybe you don’t know about or maybe you don’t want to spend the money on because sometimes healthy food products can be expensive and you just kind of are like oh no if I want to try that because this bar is $3 or whatever the case may be so I’m headed to the grocery store gonna pick up some of those chips and then film that first episode of the new show when I get home stop at the grocery store no quest protein chips and I know that this grocery store not this location but Wegmans sells the quest protein chips but just this location doesn’t now I’m headed to Vitamin Shoppe because the Vitamin Shoppe has to have the pledge breaking chips right good news bad news situation good news they have the protein chips they also had Croats never heard of these before but also gonna review these bad news it’s like 5:30 right now so by the telling at home I think it’s gonna be too dark to actually film this how I want to film it so gonna have to delay forget get it I can’t even say it so basically I’m gonna have to delay get it or forget it until tomorrow took a shower I feel awesome it’s amazing how rejuvenated a shower can make you feel I love showering it’s like one of my favorite activities one of my favorite hobbies but I’ve got a meal prep some chicken right now I’ve got no protein there’s no pre-made protein in the fridge so this club pack of chicken is about to be meal prepped and I’m gonna show you guys how I’ve been meal prepping my chicken lately cuz it’s super easy that takes no time at all and everybody meets the meal prep right so let’s do this step one of meal prepping chicken like a boss preheating your oven to 400 and chicken like a boss get yourself a baking sheet and cover it with aluminum foil step 3 to meal prep in chicken like a boss trimming the excess fat off your chicken you got to be precise when you do this this is all about persist precision that’s the word all about that precision my hand it my hand is frozen the chickens like sort of frozen and now my hand is my hands frozen my head hurts it hurts so good the fifth the fifth set the fit what this step to meal prepping chicken like a boss is getting yourself some kind of boss chicken marinade for me that’s about as barbeque chicken marinade this stuff is delicious or you find this you need to use it and then also part of the fifth step is massaging your chicken marinade into the chicken got a massage you got to treat your chicken nice it’s like a lady treat this chicken all kinds of nice all kinds so this step this step totally optional and only if you’re doing this last minute like me take your fork and kind of give your chicken nice little taps key kind of work the fork around each breast in that way some of your marinade is gonna infuse itself a little quicker into each breast make your chicken taste so good the holes it’s all about the holes in the marinade and infusing an infusion and making your chicken taste so good that’s what it’s all about step 6 to eighths boss chicken meal prep is just adding the chicken to your baking sheet stuff is baking your chicken for about 15 minutes all right all right it’s like 15-20 minutes later the chicken is hot out of the oven the eighth and final step tip meal prep in chicken like a boss is actually covering your cooked chicken with tinfoil this step alone is a total GameChanger trapping some of that steam in with your chicken is what’s gonna make it so juicy so tender so freakin good so don’t skip this step all right so that you can breast rest a little bit and look at how perfectly cooked this chicken breast is absolutely perfect chicken breast Zacky dropped by for some dinner we’re eating some chicken some fried rice my stuff is over here but basically fried rice like usual just the steamed fresh bag mixed with the green giant rice veggies we’re both having half of the total serving of that and then probably you know to be expected this giant green salad that I make every single day basically there needs to be a name for the salad dude I make this so much this needs a name the Jala green salad so if you have a name for my salad let me know because I feel like yeah I feel like it needs a name anyways also doing 360 grams of that meal prep chicken this dude’s already getting to the dinner so I’m gonna I’m gonna go eat this and you excited for this protein pumpkin for an amp how this is that you could literally just eat that Zak and I both of ourselves like these cake pies that I’m making in making cake and I guess they’re pie dishes right let me think pie there for you all right you finger sampling my pie you know hopefully these turn out well because I’ve never made these before but the batter is absolutely delicious now also have to figure out if I have enough macros to eat an entire cake well we’ll see [Music] this tastes half as good as it looks I’m gonna be in for a real treat my man a real treat ski I am excited taste test of this pumpkin cake it’s actually really nice it’s weird it’s like half cake half pie that’s good show them I’m really doing that that’s really good this is like super good yeah it’s midnight pull left I’m over here just trying to figure out how much more of this cake I can eat and still hit my macros I figured out I could actually half of this cake I’ll still be pretty spot-on with my macros for the day so if I eat half the cake I’m at 279 protein 244 carb and it’s 46 grams of fat anyways I’m gonna wrap this up here I’m gonna eat this I’m gonna go to bed I hope you guys enjoyed today’s full day of eating if you did give the video like Week 6 – This meal by meal full day of eating for shredding and gaining muscle (I’m doing body recomp after 5 weeks away from the gym and counting macros). Just like my full day of eating bulking and cutting videos I’m still hitting specific macros – except I’m being a bit more lenient right now. The macros I’ll be hitting in this video are 2500-2750 calories or 300 grams of protein, 275g carbs, and 50g of fat.
