I couldn’t stop eating the cinnamon toast crunch and those apple pie Stouffer’s cookies last night they’re just so delicious and cereal it’s terrible it’s like pretzels the bags open and just keep eating more and more so my macros last night I think I told you 358 was my total my total is more like 400 damn cereal and cookies you guys know I’m just trying to gain a quarter of a percent of my body weight each week and last week was rough I gained half a percent in the week before like you guys know I gained 0.39% the thing that saving me is the first week of October I didn’t gain anything but this week is going really really well and that’s why it’s important guys to really track your weigh-ins every morning empty stomach empty bladder because you’re gonna have fluctuations I think overall I’m gonna end up probably 1% up above my body weight from September which was the goal I was like I said trying to gain 4% each week so that’s 1% a month and I think I’m right on pace so I’m really happy with things how they’re going because this week I’m up to 350 grams of carbs which just seems like a ton because when I was finishing my diet when I got closer to my wedding I was down like 200 grams that week so very happy with the progress of making I think the next move macro wise that I’m making is it’s got to be fat just because all the previous moves that I’ve made in the reverse diet and lean bulk have just been increases in carbs and I feel like I’m in a carb level that I really enjoy right now 350 it’s like super enjoyable I don’t really need more than 350 everything on top of 350 is a total bonus guys pretty much the same thing that I had for breakfast yesterday it’s also pre-workout just like it was yesterday and I’ve got a hundred grams of brown rice with three whole eggs 150 grams of shredded chicken with a little bit of hot sauce from the restaurant the reason I keep doing this pre-workout is because it just I like the way that I feel this particular quantity of protein carbs and fats before the gym my list has just been excellent lately so I’m not changing anything and then my pre-workout supplement of the day is one of those cafe mocha shakes but I turn it into a protein shake so I just got to the gym guys and today is a 5×5 deadlift day the last 5×5 day I tried to show you I think I tried to do 425 for 5 didn’t happen I end up dropping down to 370 so I think my goal today is a much more realistic of 405 with very clean form for a 5×5 that’s my plan anyways I think I’m also gonna squat again today at least a little bit that’s what I have in my head not really sure if that’s gonna happen after deadlifts but it’s not mystery and do an i we got history yeah wherever love flows there is also tragedy when we’re in too deep and you and I we got history although I am a fan of the it fits your macros lifestyle and eating cereal and cookies and all those delicious foods I’m also a man of balance I don’t have any vegetables or sweet potatoes at the apartment right now so I pick up some micronutrient essentials about to eat some dinner I’ve got 325 grams of a sweet potato this thing is super hot right now a little bit of olive oil a little bit salt and then I made a low carb high protein chicken lo mein with the soy bean pasta some Kikkoman soy sauce every Asian dish guys just is better with sesame oil so a little bit of sesame oil like seven grams of sesame oil some of the Birdseye peppers and onions mix and then organic super greens and there’s obviously chicken in there like 150 grams of chicken you know if I mean dinner I mean desserts Oh dessert tonight is two servings of those apple pie cookies that ELISA bought these Stouffer’s cookies you never had these I didn’t have these until yesterday I’m obsessed now this is probably gonna kill me because I’ve eaten almost the entire box I’m also a three servings of cinnamon toast crunch which was that’s what was left of cinnamon toast crunch guys 24 hours my entire box of cinnamon toast crunch it’s gone ELISA went to bed it’s just me and her brother hanging out at the house a last meal of the day 150 grams of shredded chicken with a little bit of hot sauce from the restaurant as far as my macros tonight I’m gonna end up at about 215 grams of protein 334 grams of carbs 42 which is fiber so that fiber number is good and once again went over the fat a little bit 64 grams of fat and I was trying to hit 50 grams of fat so that’s going to do it for today’s vlog hope you guys enjoyed it we are dressed and ready to go out for Halloween I am The Ultimate Warrior she’s scary sherry and this costume is like it’s amazing and her brother funny-looking Hulk Hogan that’s the photo that happened in the kitchen just a second who’s ready to go out everybody ready very excited
